Enid had always felt a special connection to the wilderness. The whispering of the leaves, the rustling of the trees, the sound of the birdsong, and the scurrying of animals filled her with an unexplainable sense of peace. But as she walked deeper into the woods, a sense of unease began to creep over her.

She was on a mission - to force her wolf to come out. It was the only time she didn't have to feel all the pain, especially now. She had been struggling with a deep, gnawing ache that seemed to be tearing her apart from the inside out. She had tried everything, but nothing seemed to work. So she had decided to take matters into her own hands and seek solace in the wilderness.

As she walked, her heart began to pound in her chest, and her breathing became more labored. The woods seemed to be closing in around her, and the trees, which had once seemed so friendly and welcoming, now seemed ominous and menacing. But she pressed on, driven by the hope that she would find the peace she so desperately craved.

Finally, she reached a clearing, and as she looked around, she felt a sense of relief wash over her. The clearing was bathed in dappled sunlight, and a soft breeze played through the trees, making the leaves rustle gently. It was the perfect place to summon her wolf.

Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes and focused on her breath. She could feel her heartbeat slowing down, and her mind began to quiet. She called out to her wolf, begging it to come out and offer her some respite from the pain.

But nothing happened. She opened her eyes and looked around, feeling a sense of frustration and despair welling up inside her. She was about to give up when she heard a low growl. She spun around, her heart racing, and saw a pair of glowing eyes staring at her from the shadows.

For a moment, she froze, unable to move. But then the eyes began to move towards her, and she felt a sense of terror wash over her. She tried to run, but her legs felt like lead, and she stumbled and fell to the ground.

As she lay there, trembling with fear, the creature emerged from the shadows. It was a massive wolf, with fur as white as snow and eyes that seemed to glow with an otherworldly light. It approached her slowly, its growls becoming louder and more menacing.

Enid tried to back away, but she was trapped, and the wolf was closing in on her. She could feel its hot breath on her face, and she knew that this was it - the end. She closed her eyes, ready to accept her fate.

But then, something strange happened. The wolf began to change. Its fur fell away, and its shape shifted, until it stood before her in human form. it was Hope who was now wearing the sweatshirt that Enid had on

Enid stared at her, her heart pounding in her chest. She had never seen anything like her before.

For a moment, they just looked at each other, and then she spoke. her voice was deep and melodic, and it seemed to reverberate through her entire being.

"Enid I think we should talk" Hope said

but all she could think about was that she left without saying anythig to anyone and she could have died and no one would have known.

Enid had always been a loyal friend, the kind who would drop everything to be there for those she cared about. But tonight was different. Tonight, she was going out without telling her friend Wednesday where she was going. It was something that weighed heavily on her mind, but she just couldn't bring herself to go to girls night.

She knew she was being a terrible friend, but the thought of spending the evening with Wednesday and her new girlfriend was unbearable. Enid had always been a bit jealous of Wednesday's new relationship, even though she tried her best to hide it. But seeing Wednesday so happy with someone else made Enid feel like she was losing her best friend.

"Enid's heart pounded as she sat across from the girl, who was now wearing a hoodie that partially concealed her face. Little did Enid know that this seemingly ordinary girl was actually a wolf. "What do we need to talk about?" Enid asked, her voice shaking slightly.

"I've been watching you, and I believe that you need my help," Hope said in a low, ominous voice.

Enid's stomach dropped. "Why would I need your help?" she asked, trying to keep her tone steady.

"Have you ever tried to transform during a full moon, but it never happened the way you wanted?" Hope asked, her eyes piercing into Enid's.

Enid's eyes widened in shock. "How do you know about that?" she whispered, feeling a knot of fear forming in her gut.

"And have you ever transformed randomly when you were feeling very emotional?" Hope continued, ignoring Enid's question.

Enid's heart raced as she realized that this girl knew far more than she should. She nodded slowly, feeling vulnerable and exposed.

"Well, that's because you're like me. We are a special breed of wolves who can control our transformations anytime we want, day or night, full moon or not," Hope said, her words sending shivers down Enid's spine.

Enid's mind raced as she tried to process what Hope had just revealed. She looked at the girl, feeling both afraid and intrigued. "How can you help me?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

"I can teach you how to control your transformations and harness your power," Hope said, a glint of dark determination in her eyes.

Enid's heart skipped a beat. She didn't know if she could trust this girl, but she knew that she needed help.

"What do I have to do?" she asked, her voice trembling."

Wednesday sat anxiously in her living room, staring at the clock on the wall. It was now past the time that her friend Enid was supposed to arrive for their weekly girls night, and Wednesday couldn't help but feel a sense of worry creeping up inside her. This wasn't like Enid, who was usually punctual and reliable.

As the minutes ticked by, Wednesday's mind began to race with thoughts of what could have happened to Enid. Maybe she had been in an accident on her way over, or perhaps she was sick and couldn't make it. But deep down, Wednesday knew that there was something more going on.

You see, Wednesday and Enid had been through a lot together. They had both struggled with addiction in the past and had leaned on each other for support during their recovery. They had promised each other that they would always be there for one another, no matter what.

But lately, things had been different between them. Wednesday had noticed that Enid had been more distant and less responsive to her calls and messages. She had tried to brush it off, thinking that maybe Enid was just going through a tough time and needed some space. But now, seeing that Enid wasn't showing up to their girls night, Wednesday couldn't ignore her concerns any longer.

She decided to call Enid's phone, but it went straight to voicemail. Wednesday tried not to panic as she left a message, asking Enid to call her back as soon as she could. She paced back and forth in her living room, wringing her hands and praying that her friend was okay.

After what felt like an eternity, Wednesday finally heard a knock at the door. She rushed to open it, relieved to see Enid standing on her doorstep. But the relief quickly turned to concern as Wednesday took in the sight of her friend. Enid looked tired and worn out, with dark circles under her eyes and a sad expression on her face.

"Enid, what's going on?" Wednesday asked, ushering her friend inside.

Enid sat down heavily on the couch, looking like she was about to burst into tears. "I'm so sorry I didn't come earlier," she said. "I just... I couldn't do it. I couldn't face you guys tonight."

Enid expressed her feelings of jealousy and confusion to Wednesday, admitting that she's been feeling crazy lately and can't help but think about Wednesday all the time. Even though Enid had just gone through a breakup with an unpleasant partner, it was clear that her mind was fixated on Wednesday ever since that one summer night. While Enid had never thought about being attracted to girls before, she now realized that being close to Wednesday was all that mattered.

Wednesday was visibly emotional and didn't know how to respond to Enid's confession. She handed Enid a note that she had written during the summer and then left the room, feeling uncertain and conflicted. Despite being in a relationship with Ava at the moment, Wednesday still had lingering feelings for Enid, and it was a relief to finally know that Enid felt the same way.
