I stood, there frozen. I wanted to go get help or comfort Kit.
But couldn't.
I was scared I couldn't care for him and was too shocked to go get help.
So I stood there.
Rest of that day was a blur,
Next thng I knew I was at Kit's bedside...
In a hospital.
Crying my eyes out, On my knees, holding his hand.
I was mumbling a whole bunch and stuff praying he'd open his eyes.
The he did.
"KIT!" I shouted but not to loud.
"Y/n..." His tone seemed cold, distant.
"What the matter?"
"You left me there, didn't even bother to help! You just stood there!" He scowled.
"I was in shock I didn't know what to do!" I studdered.
He sighed.
"It seems like I'm doing all the work in this realtionship..." He confessed.
"Kit..." I was hoping he wasn't gonna say what I think he would.
"You're not saying.." There was a huge clump in my throat.
"Maybe."
"N-no, don't do this."
"I'm sorry, Y/N. But maybe it's for the best..."
"Kit- No please! I love you..."
"And I love you too. But this is the best option for the both of us."
His word cut deeper than anything.
I walked out of that hospital.
Heartbroken.
