Why would I read a story with 500+ pages? Ang haba kaya...that is my usual feels sa mga istoryang may 300 plus pages, but If I Fall is different. Dito mo mararamdaman yung ang haba pero hindi mo mapapansin kasi every part of it is siksik, liglig at umaapaw. Every chapter contains scenes worth reading and worth spending your time with.
Nagbukas siya sa confusion actually, as the story goes by doon ko lang na-realize na istoryang isinusulat lang pala yung isa.
Barbs' feelings ay push and pull, maiinis ka sa kanya dahil sa gulo ng loob niya yet it feels realistic, siya yung boyish ang character pero nadadama mong hindi pinilit, hindi siya boyish para lang masabi, ni hindi ko na nga matandaan kung sinabi bang boyish siya directly, you can just read it through the story. One example of a good character build up, kahit hindi sabihin na boyish siya, you would feel it.
Tungkol rin ito sa mga istorya ng kaibigan niya, kanya-kanya and I love the way their stories told. Yung mga conflict matched sa isa't isa, one of the most realistic Watty stories kaya bow down talaga ako sa istoryang it. You want to know more? Read it. It's worth it.
