Commons POV:

It was a normal day as always, the birds were chirping, the sun was rising, monsters got up for work, it was paradise! The bell rang three times, as always, I awaken from my slumber. I began to walk throughout plant island, waiting for my ride to the next island for my next island I'm supposed to be in. I looked around. Rare was waving goodbye to me, it was his day to stay at plant island. I smiled and waved back. I looked up, air was coming down to pick me up. "Hey dude! Down here!" I screamed out to him. He looked down and saw me, he immediately went to me. "Sorry I'm late!" He apologized and landed. "Don't worry you ain't!" I reassured him. "Got everything?" He asked me. "Yep, let's go!" I took his hand and he carried me to his island. "So how have you been?" He asked me. "It's the morning.. why would I feel anything" I giggled. "I dunno.." he sighed. "I can drop you right now, cheer up!" He encouraged me, "eh, I'm just not well this morning.." I frowned. "How so?" He asked me. "My cores acting up.." I groaned. "Maybe it's the way you slept?" He guessed. "No.. it's not that.. it just.. hurts in a way.." I bit my lip. "Well I can see what Parlsona can do once I get there!" He smiled. "Thanks.. it's killing me.." I grinned weakly. "Don't worry, just about 2 more miles and we're there!" He tried to comfort me. We passed earth island, nothing looks like anything's happening there. We finally made it. "It's gotten.. worse.." I said, he landed. "Well.. maybe I can go get you medicine!" He said, and ran off to parlsona. I sighed and clenched my core, it was slightly green. But I'm not sick?. It turned into a dark color, it got me worried. I let go of it, and let it roam around my chest. Monsters stared at it, it was embarrassing. I hid it in the palm of my hand. They whispered. "Shit.. stop staring!" I shouted. They laughed, I forgot I sound like fucking robot noises to them. I scoffed and went to air.  He was handed a bottle by parlsona. "Can she understand us?" I asked air. "Yeah.. no. I had to use sign language." air said, handing me 2 pills, I took them. "Now to wait!" He said, excitedly. A few hours passed, it hadn't gotten any better and my vision is going black bit by bit. I groaned and messed up the song unintentionally, it got painful. Everyone stared, concerned. I gripped onto my eyes, they hurt extremely badly. I fell down, almost crushing everyone by me. "Whats wrong with him?!" Rare Scups asked everyone. "We don't know." Mammot rushed over. I felt something inside of me take over, but it wasn't me. I screamed in agony, the sun quickly ran away, leaving a moon. "Diggity! How is it night already, brah?!" Riff said, confused.

3rd Person POV:

A few other islands heard common scream, and got concerned, it was unusual. Yawstrich seemed to know what was happening. "We need to go in lockdown. NOW." Yawstrich screamed to everyone. "Why?!" Riff said. "Because. There's a virus in his system. It doesn't last forever but it can last YEARS." Yawstrich went to go leave. "Will it spread to the rest of us?" Tweedle asked me. "No. Only wubbox— AIR GET AWAY FROM HIM!" Yawstrich pushed him away, or tried to. "I have to see if he's okay-!" Air grabbed commons core, which triggered whatever was possessing him. He attacked air. "Everyone in the secret base, go go GO!" Mammot ran to the edge of the island, and lifted up something. "Go in!—" he got cut off by common standing up slowly, looking directly at him. Blank ink dripped from his mouth. It was truly terrifying. Air was on the ground, not blinking, just paralyzed and turning into what common is. A true monster. "Toe jammer, make sure everyone gets in there safely, I have to send off a signal to other islands." Mammot instructed. Everyone panicked. Mammot grabbed a remote, that sent off a squealing sound. Common covered his ears, falling down. "Hurry, Mammot!" Toe hammer got everyone in, "go without me. You're a good leader yourself." Mammot continued to send it off. Toe jammer hesitated. Then went and shut it. He locked it.
