The queen's eyes went wide with surprise, her blissful irises shrunk with fear as she realized her position, the time seems to be slowing down for her as her heartbeats filled her hearing blocking the battle going in the background. The half blood held the gunpoint at the queen, a smirk creeping its way up her face, her sharp fangs showing with her bloodthirsty eyes, they shone through the shadows with their jade green color.
Aurora's hair got longer over these past months, it reached her shoulders and kept flowing with the strong wind, her scarlet streaks glowing with grace matching the bits of blood that emerged from her cuts and bruises.
The hybrid wore her black combat jumpsuit, with the bottom of it quite torn from all the fighting even thought she barely moved. Her black short heeled boots were standing over Esmeralda's white wing. Her elegant grey dress became a muddy brown one with the low side cuts that now reached up her stomach. Her legs fully exposed, but she didn't care about that at the moment, her pride didn't mean anything to her as much as her life and title.
A single tear rolled from the queen's golden eye while her pink lips quivered, trying to plead for her life, to have mercy upon her life, to free herself from the upcoming destiny. Esmeralda's ruling period seems to have come an end.

Loud hysterical laughter echoed through Esmeralda's ears as she realized that her plan have failed. She thought of using a human shield to stop the devil princess from shooting her. She was so desperate she used Aurora's best friend, but it didn't seem to affect her, maybe because she could feel the piercing pain in her chest, or maybe because she could feel the shield's cold blood pouring from her head and onto her expansive gown, or it might be because of the psychotic smile plastered onto the devil princess's face as her orbs glowed of a crimson color instead of its normal jade shade.
Esmeralda's started feeling cold and tired as she collapsed onto the hard floor. Instead of fading into the darkness, she found herself in a Lily's field, as her eyes scanned through it, she could see her archnemesist standing just a few inches away from Aurora. As the queen stared closely at the two figures, she could see resemblance between the two of them. Esmeralda then send a soft smile toward the now blurry figure of Aurora as she mumbled.
"Of course it was your child, Mary."
