A little bird told me that Chan always get to school early in the morning, so I tried my best to drag myself out of the bed to go to school early and at least try to have a proper chat with him.

Hopefully all this sacrifaction didn't go to waste. Like bro, I need my sleep.

As if fate's on my side, I can see Chan's dark hair walking towards the school gate ahead of me. My lips tugged as smile as I took a quick check up on myself before making my way towards him.

"Hey! Chan, right?" I gretted him with a cheerful tone. He paused his steps to take a proper look at me.

"Um, yeah. You're Y/N, if I'm not wrong?" he asked with a small smile.

"Yeah, how did you know?" I chuckled lightly. He mentioned me to walk together with him so I did.

"You're friends with Hyunjin's sister, so I do know you at some point" he explained. I hummed in agreement.

Lucky me to be friends with their friend's sister.

"But we never talked though, I'm surprise that you're making the first move" he let out a short chuckle, lowkey trying to make jokes. I smiled.

This is definitely going well.

"Well, I got to school quite early today and no one's here yet. Then I saw you, so" I answered him as he nods.

"Yeah, no one's at school this early" he hummed.

It was a short silence as we're in the empty hallway and the awkwardness is eating me so I decided to break it.

"Are you just going to head to class?" I spit out a random question, thankful that it wasn't weird.

"Um, yeah. Do I need to be anywhere?" he asked with a bit sense of humor.

"Oh. Um, no. I was just wondering" I chuckled awkwardly.

"Do you want to hangout?" he asked instead. I looked at him in shock.

I guess it's true that he's the friendly type.

"I don't mind. It will take awhile for others to get here" I replied without any hesitation. He smiled.

"Great. Let's put our bags in our classes first then meet up right here" he said as I hummed in agreement.

I did as I was told and met up with him once again in the hallway. I was there first since my class is the closest.

He was typing in his phone when he's walking towards me. I never realized how angelic he looked until dramatic wind blowed his hair as he looked at me with a pure smile on his lips.
