He twists so that he's sitting next to you on the floor, back against the bed frame, and the two of you watch the movie from there. He must be uncomfortable, and you try to tell him he's allowed to move, but Levi won't have any of it.
You both sit in silence, drinking tea and watching the television. When the movie's over, you look to Levi and ask, "can I have a bath now?"
"Are you still cold?" he asks.
"Kind of, but I'm not numb anymore."
He stares at you, considering it, then says, "warm bath, not hot."
"Sold," you agree.
Levi stands, heading into your shared bathroom, and you hear the faucet turn on. While he's in the bathroom, you push yourself to your feet, and although you still feel pretty pathetic, there's a notable improvement from before.
Levi comes out of the bathroom a few minutes later. "All set up," he tells you.
"Thank you," you say gratefully, and you move towards the bathroom. You pause in the doorway. You don't really want to be alone right now, not after sitting alone in the snow for who knows how long, but... is asking Levi to sit with you weird? Besides, he's already doing so much for you. You don't want to ask him for more.
"What?"
You turn back to Levi. "What?"
"You stopped in the middle of the doorway," he says, gesturing to you. "You tell me."
Your mouth opens, then closes. "Nothing," you say quickly, shaking your head. "I'm fine."
You turn around again, pausing one more time, and then you step into the bathroom. You've nearly got the door closed when Levi calls your name, and you open it again. "Do you..." he trails off, looking away. "Do you want me to..."
"Yes," you say.
"I haven't even asked you yet."
"You were taking too long."
He rolls his eyes, and some of the tension is gone. "Do you want me to sit with you?" Levi asks.
You smile. "Yeah. Please."
Levi tells you to call for him when you're in the bath, so you push the door until it's only open a crack before you strip down and slip into the bath. It's a bubble bath, so when you submerge yourself, nothing other than your head and neck (which are above the water) is visible. You're covered and comfortable, so you call out to Levi that he's okay to come in.
Even though you're covered in bubbles, Levi still makes a point not to look at you too often. He sits next to the tub, back leaning against it. You'd set up your phone to play some music, and for a while, the two of you just sit in peace, listening to music and enjoying each other's presence.
At some point, the two of you slip into quiet conversation. Nothing deep and nothing about this morning, but just little things. Your family. School.
At least, it's nothing deep until there's a long period of silence and Levi finally asks, "are we going to talk about it?"
You know what he's talking about. Last night. Cuddling, then making out, and then sucking him off at two in the morning. It had been a good idea at the time, and you don't regret it, but the nerves you'd woken up with this morning had nearly made you physically ill.
When you don't respond, Levi brings his hand to your head. He threads his fingers through your hair and gently starts to massage your scalp. You sigh softly, sinking into his touch.
Fuck. You want to talk about it, but you don't know what to say. Then, you have an idea. "Do I get a grade?" you murmur.
He chuckles. Low and quiet, but there's a bit of relief there, like he's glad you're at least acknowledging it. "A plus," Levi replies.
