Childhood Friends

HIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!. I'm gonna be doing weekly updates bc if I don't chapters will seem rushed...ALSO, THIS BOOK IS DONE ON MY PHONE/TABLET. FORGIVE ME.

No one's pov(tis been only 2 weeks of ACTUALLY knowing each other):

Quiet conversations took over the small cafe the pair decided to meet up in. Louis's friend Victor begged to meet the lady that has Louis constantly smiling at his phone and staying home instead of going out to clubs and bringing girls home as normal..which isn't normal since a certain redhead came into the picture. Of course, Louis agreed to it, his dream girl and his childhood friend getting along and becoming friends would be great for the possible relationship he wanted with Lei.

"Your friend takes forever to get to meet-ups huh?" Lei hums, taking a sip from her coffee and leaning back, Louis shrugged staring at the ceiling "not all the time. Maybe I invited on a bad day-" he chuckled "he'll make it tho." He finally looked away from the ceiling and to the female in Infront of him. "sorry for making you miss your practice today...He really really wanted to meet you.." he huffed out another chuckle "It's alright. Not like I'm meeting your family...which would be weird considering it's been only a few weeks or..less" she mumbled, trying to think before looking over to Louis who seemed slightly dimmer than before "you alright? Did I say something?" She frowned.

He shook his head quickly "No! Well. Yes but-" He bit his lip sighing "it's fine. You don't know." He glanced away from her "don't exactly have a good past. With my father at least. My mother is just..not around anymore. She passed" he whispered, running his hand through his hair before getting up. "I'm gonna ask for a cup of water.." he stepped away from their table and went to the front counter

Lei frowned watching him "sorry.." she for some reason whispered once he was out of reach, knowing he couldn't hear her. She pulled her eyes away from the male and looked out the window, catching sight of a dark-haired male rushing past and inside the cafe watching him slip past some people and getting over to Louis. He seemed so quick with everything especially getting to Louis.

she quickly glanced away when the two boys turned to the table making their way over, quietly discussing something. She took a sip from her coffee again, relaxing as the boys sat down across from her "Hi!" Louis's friend beamed at her "I'm Victor, Louis's friend. As you can see I'm the good-looking one" he grinned flipping his imaginary long hair. "Leilani" Lei hummed, smiling softly at the raven "So, what did you do to him" he put his head in his hands, staring at the redhead "what- nothing..?" She laughed quietly, glancing at Louis who was glaring at Victor "Quit it, Victor." He looked back over to me "That's not the point. This is Leilani, she does dance. Ballet." He grinned "Yep!" Lei hummed happily "I'm a cook, I work with Louis in his restaurant" Victor continued to beam

"You have a restaurant?" Lei tilted her head looking over to Louis again "Yea. I loved cooking, with my mother at least" he smiled sadly "but.. anyways " he mumbled, "What's your favorite color?" Victor popped in, helping Louis out by changing the topic. Leilani nodded "Rosegold.." She smiled "how long have you and Louis known each other" She focused on Victor "Since we were 5. he also lived with me!" Victor bragged happily. "Awh." She laughed softly "I have a sister, I call her Rai I believe that's what she'd prefer you to call her as well." She shrugged "So..." Lei glanced in between the two "Any stories?" She smirked "If you tell stories too!" Victor smiled "...Alright alright" She rolled her eyes playfully

Finally. I was passing out while writing this.....Started at school and finished it at home its 7:16 pm </3. Anyways I hope you enjoyed this!! byeeeeeee<3!
