13: Stage & Spotlight

Last chapter The Music Club made their costumes for the competition.

~10:30, back stage~

°Hailey's pov°

Today is the day, I'm stressed out... Stressed as fuck...

"Hailey... Princess..." Said Jake worried 

"Yes pudding?" I replied

"Relax you're shaking..." I forgot I'm hugging him 

"How?! I'm so worried there are-" he cut me 

"Try the breathing method 478"

"Oh I've heard of that before" I did what he said and calmed down, we where next...

"You good?"

"Can I have a kiss?" I asked 

He grabbed my chin and lifted my head upwards and gave me a soft little kiss on my lips. I just hugged him tighter as he was caressing My back. Then they club entered. They all looked stunning, and suddenly we heard.

"And now, since _____ High is done preforming, I present to you Rosemeadow High Playing in a few minutes!"

My heart was beating like as if I was just so struck by lightning, Jake kissed me again.

"Don't panic" he said with a sly smile

"Alright! Everyone! Entering the stage now is Rosemeadow High!"

We enter the stage, and just start preforming, mid way, right after the beat drop, I made a voice crack and everyone stoped... Then I said.

"Eh ehem. Now let's continue!"

I said trying to make it look intentional, and the music once more rised.

When we where done no one clapped, one started, two joined and more added and they cheered for us! I was so relieved.

Some time later the announcer  said:

"Alright! Time for the results!"

"Here goes nothing!" Said Milly worried

"3rd place goes too _____ High!"

"Ok that's not us" said Sean

"3nd place goes too ______ High!" 

"That's not us either, it's either us or not, of we will appear in the runners up" said Luke worried 

"And 1st place goes to... Round of applause please!"

"PLEASE BE US!" I said attacking Jake accidentally

'Rosemeadow High!" Said the announcer

°Jake's And Hailey's pov° 

We all whent on stage and there was allot of clapping, we could see Zoey and Drew rage with anger but we didn't care! We won! The announcer passed us both the trophy then we help it up in the air, then the others joined in. We where having the time of our lives.

This is NOT the end of the story! There will be a book 2 COMPLETELY themed over something else! So it's like a sequel!
