"Yes well I'm trying to keep a low profile from now on."

She nearly laughed. Annoying.

"You? Low profile? Right. For one you're new-"

"Old news you mean? It's been like what? A month In a half since I arrived? Move on." I said cutting her off and finishing a sentence on my notes.

She sighed, "for two, you're Draco's sister."

Wow I thought she was right up my behind suspicious but apparently she hasn't even done her research..well not that she'd find anything since I technically don't exist. But still.

"Cousin." I corrected. And why was she even asking that out of all things? Why does she care if I want to keep a low profile?? Was this all really the only thing on her mind after I fell on top of her?

Who am I kidding, surely that tiny Brain of hers forgot it so why is it still lingering in mine? Agh piss off!

"Yeah but you're still related to him..that-" I glared at her which immediately shut her up. I won't tolerate any insulting towards my family.

She went back to her readings. I was annoyed already. I wasn't pissed that I was spending my free time reading, but I was when it meant I had to spend it with her. It could've been anyone. But it had to be granger. She angers me, just like the other two idiots she's friends with do. I was trying not to show my frustration, even in the classroom as we were named partners but now..this large room feels smaller than usual and I couldn't focus on my reading as she kept taking glances at me every 20 seconds, yes I counted. That's how aggravating this all is. I just wanted to get up and leave and threaten the teacher to make him change my partner or else. But unfortunately I couldn't and that meant I had to be stuck under her stare and presence every day for a couple of hours until this project was done. I'd rather just tell her I'll do it by myself and use a memory loss elixir or even a little curse that would make her abide to me and to definitely make her less insufferable. But I knew she would catch on especially as the professor himself put us together and he would make sure that both of us did the work. Perhaps he even put a spell to prevent students from cheating in the making of such projects. So how am I suppose to start a conversation with her without showing my disapproval of her mere existence? Normally I wouldn't care and matter of fact I don't. But I want this to be over with quickly so I can go back to hating and plotting, that's what I do best after all. But for that to happen it means I'll have to start or rather continue a conversation. Il curse that teacher with warts for this.

I sighed, "And? Whats wrong with being Draco's cousin?" I asked because I had a feeling that this wasn't the end of her questions about me.

I felt her gaze back on me again, she contained herself for a few seconds. Maybe surprised I wanted to continue the conversation. She looked to her right and reached for the lamp next to us adjusting its lighting, "Nothing you're just..very different."

She was comparing me to Draco and surely his father Lucius. I snorted, "Thank Salazar."

Her brows furrowed in what I assumed was confusion, "You don't seem,-"

I cut her off once again, "Listen granger no offense but the Malfoys and I are nothing alike. I'm a Black, yes. That's a part of my heritage and pretty much the end of my affiliations with the lot of them. Lucius Malfoy, is only but a fool that likes to mistreat people in order to compensate for his own cowardliness and utter uselessness. Do not compare me to them again." I said, my tone bitter and this time I was staring right back at her.

Her lips drew into a tight line, "Funny way to talk about your uncle." I shrugged and turned to another page, "I don't like to sugarcoat things. I say it like it is and when I don't like something I make it clear."
