Chapter 19- A Painful Confession

Okay. I only have 30mins left. 

Kinuha ko na mula sa paper bag yung gown na isusuot ko.  Saglit ko iyong tinitigan ulit, amazed by the design, bago ko iyon sinuot. 

I automatically smiled at the reflection in the mirror.  Napaka ganda.  I never imagined na babagay sakin yung ganitong haircut.  For the first time ngayon lang ako nagandahan sa gupit ko. 

I used to have long hair ever since I was a teenager.  And for me kasi mas okay sa babae yung mahabang hair.  Pero this time, I love it!  As in! 

"Ang ganda ko"  I told myself habang napapangiti.

Lumabas na ko to wait for Grayson.  Syempre he's my date for tonight so I should only think about him and not anyone else.  Sinubukan kong alisin yung mga gumugulo sa isipan ko.  I sit on the couch as I was waiting for Grayson to arrive.  Hindi na ito nagreply pa, probably he's on his way. 

I was checking on my phone when I heard footstep behind me.  Napalingon ako and there I saw Adriana looking so hot in her grayish blue gown. 

What?? 

Ano to matchy mathcy lang sakin? 

Shit! 

Pareho pa kami ng color ng gown although the style is completely different.  Medyo revealing ng konti yung sakanya, yung sakin kasi conservative style.  Napaka sexy nito sa suot nito.  Shit ang hot!  Di ko na namalayan na nakatitig nalang pala ako dito.

"I didn't know we have the same color" she was looking at my gown as well.  I looked away, parang nahiya tuloy ako.  Parang couple gown lang?

"Let's go?" she asked with a cute little smirk on her lips.  Damn!  I wanna bite that lips.

Fvck! Gianni!  What's happening to you.  You sound so horny mahinang bulong ko sa isip ko.

"S-sure" I said, wala na kong masabi basta sumunod nalang ako dito.  Hanggang sa makasakay na ko ng sasakyan nito. 

Palabas na kami ng subdivision ng masalubong namin yung sasakyan ni Grayson.

"Shit!!" Napalakas yung pagkakasabi ko.  How can I forget about him picking me up??

Napahinto si Adriana.  She looked at me looking at Grayson's car.  Napatingin din ito sa sakakyan ni Grayson.

"You didn't tell me that he'd pick you up" she said flatly

Medyo naguilty ako.  Hindi ko alam kung maguguilty ako kasi di ko nasabi, or maguguilty ako kasi I totally forgot it??

It's my fault and I'm the one to blame.

"N-nalimutan ko.  Oo nga pala"

She stopped the car as Grayson also stopped and about to greet Adriana, pero nagulat ito ng makita ako na nasa passenger ni Adriana when she opened the window.

"Your girl forgot to tell me that you'd pick her up" she said with a blank expression on her face.

"I'm sorry" mahinang bigkas ko.

"Oh sorry, ate Addie.  I wasn't able to reply sa message nya as I was driving my way here"

She nodded and I looked at her asking for permission to get off the car.  Parang ang awkward na iiwan ko ito mag isa at sasama kay Grayson.  Pero kasi naka oo na ko kay Grayson, and he's my date.

She looked at me and nodded.  I took a deep breath and glanced at her again.  Her gazed was now focused on the road, everything about her face was serious, her jaw locked with her lips pressed together.  Was she mad at me?
