𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘 𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗬 (𝗦𝗢 𝗙𝗔𝗥). charles atlas sinclair was born to margaret and thomas sinclair in portland, maine. he and his sisters, ophelia and eloise, grew up in a slightly sort of rundown home next to a lighthouse in cape elizabeth, portland, maine. growing up watching as their parents slowly fixed up their house over the years. after a while it became a routine, that when they would save up enough money they would fix something else apart from the house. for charlie that was home. at age 7, he began learning to play the violin. they had a teacher and they painstakingly practiced everyday for at least 4 hours.
he soon fell in love with music. always loved playing a melody, especially when one of his sisters requested one. atlas spent they're childhood being tormented by the girls and giving into their every wish. they adored their sisters and most of the time was putty in their hands, playing at tea parties and princesses and whatever they desired. though he didn't really mind, always finding that he enjoyed dressing up and doing make up with they're sisters. though they loved all they're siblings, he got on best with eloise. she introduced him to makeup. the first one to tell how differently he felt.
as they got older they realized they felt different from how they were supposed to act as a "boy". she honestly didn't feel that she entirely fit into only one binary gender category. after research she discovered they were genderfluid. finding that the main basis of gender fluidity lies in flexibility. that his gender is simply not set in stone. finding that some days they feel more womanly one day, and might gravitate toward the masculine side of themselves tomorrow, identifying as both. when they're parents found out, they were surprisingly accepting. they're father less so than they're mother. but he tried. that's all charlie really cares about.
