If I were you
I'd stared Aretha night sky
Till the sun rise
I'll sit in the edge if the beach
Let the slow current hit my feet
It'll all be so sweet.
If I were you
I'll take the quality time I need
I'll have all the time I greed
But I won't forget
I am my own self.
The things I'll have
I'll have with my own help
Cause I'm never gonna forget
I have my own self .
You have taught me enough
I know all that well
Cause we are each other
Even if I were you
I'll never forget myself.
