I let Tsireya and Aonung take the lead for this one. They showed and explained how everything functioned here, what was asked of the newcomers and where the highlights of the village were.

I just sort of hung around in the back, observing the Sullys. I still couldn't wrap my head around it. Not only were these people from the Omaticaya clan, they also happened to be the family of Toruk Makto himself?! I had been looking up to the guy from ever since I was a kid. I was mesmerised.

I couldn't bring myself to talk to them which was odd because I wasn't a particularly shy person. Luckily, Tsireya and Aonung were doing most of the talking for me.
Thanks to them, I found out that the adorable little girl's name was Tuk, the older sister's name was Kiri, the older brother's name was Neteyam and the younger one's was Lo'ak. Of course, I already knew all about Jake and Neytiri, they were my role models after all. In fact, it was Neytiri who got me into archery to begin with.

I didn't really talk to them, and if someone asked me a question, my answers were short and dry.
Tsireya realised how unusually I acting and tried to divert the attention back to herself.
What was wrong with me? I was usually so charming.

After the tour, we returned to the Ikran, who apparently hadn't moved from where they were left. Ronal and her husband were waiting for us with a box each. From what I could tell, they were filled with sheets and bottles.

"We have cleared out a hut for you," Ronal informed the family.

"Take your stuff and follow us," advised Tonowari. The family did as they were told and walked up to their Ikran to take their bags. The first thing Neytiri grabbed was her bow. God did I want to check it out.

Tonowari then walked up to Aonung, Tsireya and I and told us to wait for him at his hut.

I nodded and made my way towards it. It was nearby, about 5 minutes away from the sea.
I turned back and locked eyes with Kiri. I smiled and waved her goodbye and she did the same.

"So what do you think of them?" asked Aonung, jogging a little to catch up to me.
Tsireya stayed back to talk to her mother.

"They're like a dream come true," I replied with a playful tone.

"Yeah, I've never seen you so nervous," he chuckled.
I smiled at him and continued to walk. It was nice walking in silence, listening to the waves crash against the shore.

The silence was only broken at the hut.

"Hey Taka'ri," said Aonung, grabbing my arm before I was able to enter it.

"Yeah?" I asked with a confused look on my face. There was clearly something on his mind.

"Well, there's this thing I've been meaning to ask you for a long time..." he started.

Oh Eywa... I thought to myself. This can't be happening.

"Taka'ri, I really like you. I have for a while now, from when we were little kids. You were always so kind to me, even when I was being an unbearable idiot, so I was wondering...would you like to go out with me?" he asked hopefully.

"Aonung..." I mumbled hesitantly.

"It was just a question, you don't have to say yes," he cut me off. "I just needed to get it off my chest. And especially after this morning, I thought..." he trailed off. "Never mind, it doesn't matter anyway, you clearly don't see me that way."

"I'm sorry."

He smiled at me disappointedly.

"I do love you Aonung, just not in that way," I muttered.
