[Chapter 4] Arachna-No Way!

Lightning: "Woo! First! That's right!"

[Chris comes over the loud speakers.]

Chris: "Welcome to the haunted forest, your clue can be found at the base of this tree!"

[Lightning sticks his hand into a hole when suddenly something clamps onto his arm.]

Chris: "In a bear trap!" [He says as he laughs.]

Lightning: "Here creepy girl, read the clue!"

[He says as he hands Dawn the paper with a bear trap on his arm.]

Jo: "Well, well, well, what do we have here?"

[Jo appears as well as the rest of the maggots.]

Lightning: "Hey find your own piece of paper!"

Jo: "Come on, let the runts have their clue. I've got a plan."

[The Maggots run off a little ways into the forest.]

Mike: "So what's your big plan?"

Jo: "Find a place to hide so we can follow the rats and their clue to our first souvenir! Into that bush."

[The Maggots all jump into a thorn bush as they all groan in pain.]

Jo: "Shh. They're coming!"

Dawn: "Inside and knot is a nest. Your souvenir lives with a pest. Find Polaris to travel Northwest."

(Y/N):"Polaris is the North Star!"

Scott: "The North Star is right there so this way's Northwest. There's a path!"

[Your team runs off leaving the hidden Maggots behind.]

Jo: "They're getting away, come on!"

[They all struggle to get out as Brick pokes his head out.]

Brick: "Who's there?"

[He hears a twig snap somewhere and full on picks up the bush with everyone still inside and runs off.]

Sam: "Inside the knot is a nest. Hey Dawn. What was the middle part?"

Dawn: "It was- wait a minute, where's Lightning?"

(Y/N): "Didn't he run ahead?"

Sam: "Lightning? Lightning!?"

Scott: "What? Did we lose the airhead?"

(Y/N): [Worriedly] "We get a penalty for each lost player, right?"

Sam: "And there's some kind of wacked out spider crawlin around, right?"

Scott: "We're looking for a knot with a nest, right?

There it is!"

[She runs over to a tree with some graffiti on it. As she climbs up it.]

Sam: "Wait, what about Lightning?"

[She reaches into the tree when suddenly an eyeball and tentacles come out of the tree. It swats Dawn away as you run off.]

(Y/N): "DAWN!!"

[You run to try and catch her as she lands into your arms, though knocking you both to the ground still, you look at her and she has a bruise on her cheek.]

(Y/N): "A-are you okay!?"

Dawn: "I-I'm fine.. just hurts a lot."

[You turn to the tree, fury in your eyes.]
