" I didn't know you bought an umbrella" you sighed happily at the man with the umbrella in his hands
" of course I got one, I checked the weather and trust me the umbrella is strong enough for the both of us" Childe reassured making you laugh while the others around you panicked
" shall we?" Childe offered something you couldn't refuse

" Childe! Level the umbrella evenly! I don't want you getting wet" you couldn't help but frown
" it's okay, I don't get sick easily and plus we are here at your home" Childe pointed at your house, recognising it
" thank god" you murmured as Childe and you were under the shade so he could close the umbrella
" wait Childe stay here I have something for you" you stopped the man before he did anything
" aww for me??? You are so thoughtful" Childe smiled widely which to you lightly scoffed, " well I just don't want to owe you anything" you replied before rushing into the house to retrieve the gift
After a few minutes of Childe watching the rain you returned with a gift bag, " what's this?" Childe acts confused at the gift bag you gave to him
" you mentioned you have a sister so I brought some clothes for her...you mentioned she was in her teens so I estimated her size" you explained, hoping you guessed correctly
" wow [y/n], I told you, you were smart, you even got the size correct, although it's a little big she will grow into it" Childe genuinely smiled, his dull eyes somehow sparkling in the darkest of settings
