This is honestly just a chapter that explores the possibility of these two characters combining their forces to save the world in an epic way. I don't know if that'll be done through movies, dramas, series or through video games, but as I did my research on these two, I hope that this chapter helps you to live out this mini fantasy that I can present into a mini breakdown.  

Tomb Raider's Lara Croft/Lady Croft/Little Bird 

Brief: owned by Core Design but many changes went through last I heard was the 2019 release of Shadow of the Tomb Raider developed by Eidos-Montréal and publishers Square Enix European, please correct me if I'm wrong

Relationship Dynamic: (On & Off Frenemies) 

Location: (Fictional World based on real life terrain for both of them, but I'll have Lara cross over to interact with Leon's world)  

Plotline: Lara Croft who goes into various tombs to find missing pieces to recover her past (I'm not sure what timeline but honestly it could be any of the past ones or something new), accidentally stumbles into a time-ticking tomb, where she's stuck inside a world-renowned moving clock and as she explores this clock, seeing various world religious idols levitating on magnets, she goes towards the center, where she spots a tablet that speaks of "an ever-changing flower present" that when certain spots of the tomb are "hit" the flower grants a power to breach into other multi-faceted dimensions that also has their own "flower" to help the traveler get back to their world. 

Checking the time and the rest of the text to see if there were other clues that could be given, Lara decided that she'll figure it out as things pan out and immediately follows instructions to head towards another "world". 

Once she does this ritual, she feels her body get lighter, and she feels powerful as if she was lifted like those idols, that now along with the flower, beamed a powerful light as she was transported through a wormhole to Leon's world, which is where he's settled right now. 

Not knowing why she's here she decides to explore around and that's when Leon stumbles into her as he was prepared to leave for a mission in Afghanistan with another breakout of an infection that's turning people into cannibals and spreading the several mutations of the virus (zombies) but seeing a stranger like Lara here at his resting spot, Leon can't help but fall instinct to using his gun with Lara pulling the same stunt.  

Both of them come eventually come to terms that they aren't a harm to each other, but they also don't really like each other and are usually combative with each other. And Lara being persistent tags Leon on his mission (or several honestly) to see what her purpose is in this dimension, while also looking for another "flower" to take her back home. 

And they can have several adventures that involve other storylines, depending on whether the respective companies and developers that own the characters, want them to join forces and be a formidable pair that have games dedicated to their sub-plots and honestly that would be quite dope.
