Part 18 • Wrong Interpretation Part Two

Y/n POV:
Jacob stayed silent so I assumed he was signalling for me to talk.

Y/n-"i don't get what's wrong Jacob, what's with all the missed calls and what's with being so upset and mad?!"

Jacob-"ITS YOU, your cheating little ass y/n!" He raised his voice at me

Y/n-"what do you mean?" I almost whispered as I was kinda scared because he'd never raised his voice at me that loud before

Jacob-"you just had to go and fuck everything up didn't you, with your little date with Jackson!"

Y/n-"I never cheated on you Jacob I don't understand why you think I did!" Tears started falling down my face

Jacob-"cut the shit y/n, I saw you and Jackson today at that cafe looking all romantic and in love with each other." He shouted but I could see in his face that he kind of felt bad for making me cry

Y/n-"Jacob I promise you we just met up for a friendly meal, absolutely nothing happened I swear. I would never cheat on you especially not with one of your friends!"

Jacob-"look y/n I'm over this conversation right now so please just get out of my room." His voice was now a lot calmer but still had a hint of anger in it

Y/n-"fine but I'm not lying Jacob. I only love you."

Without looking back at him I stood up, opened the door and slammed it shut behind me and straight away I ran to Paige's room.

She heard me knock on her door and opened it almost instantly. Obviously she saw my mascara running down my cheeks.

Paige-"omg come in." She grabbed my wrist and dragged me into her room, shutting the door behind us both "What happened and what the fuck did that asshole say to you?!" She almost shouted as we sat down on her bed

Y/n-"he thinks I cheated. And with your fucking boyfriend!" I sobbed

Paige-"what?" Suddenly her voice became quieter and had a tone of anger in it as though she actually believed I cheated

Y/n-"no no no I promise I didn't cheat, Jackson just invited me out to a friendly meal that's all."

Paige-"okay I trust you but why doesn't Jacob. Like if it was friendly what did he see to make him think it looked like a date?" Her voice was calm now

Y/n-"I'm not sure because I definitely didn't do anything that would make someone think I was on a date I don't know about Jackson though." I said whilst wiping the tears off my face

Paige-"Jackson was flirting with you?"

Y/n-"no,i mean I don't think so. Sorry I'm really sorry I know he's your boyfriend."

Paige-"y/n please just be honest, was he flirting with you or not?"

Y/n-"fuck, well sort of but I just brushed it off as nothing every time."

Paige-"and what exactly was he doing?"

Y/n-"just saying a few weird compliments and comments, like at one point he say I looked good and kept saying a few other things I can't really remember sorry." I was on the verge of tears again as I felt so beyond shitty for what I was doing to Paige by telling her that her boyfriend was flirting with me

Paige-"okay here's what we'll do. I'll go talk to Jacob and you go talk to jack. And also don't worry about him flirting, I understand it's not your fault, I'll deal with him myself later."

Y/n-"good idea, let's go." I fanned my eyes quickly to get rid of any forming tears and then we both left Paige's room.

She walked over to Jacobs and I walked over to Jackson's. I knocked on his door and walked right in without waiting for a response.

Jackson-"wow, just gunna barge into my room are we?" He looked up from his phone and laughed

Y/n-"shut up." I stay standing by the door as I don't want to go anywhere near him "you've probably ruined me and Jacobs relationship for trying to make a move on me. I thought that stupid ass meal you took me out for was just a friendship thing but clearly you had other ideas!" I practically screamed at him

Jackson-"holy shit y/n calm down. I thought you could tell it was meant to be a date." He stared at me with a smirk on his face like he found this all funny that me and Jacobs relation is basically ruined

Y/n-"GOD JACK, not everyone wants to cheat on their partner with their friend who's also in a fucking relationship. Maybe you need to understand that not everybody is a shitty person and Jesus Christ jack if I knew this was meant to be a date I never would have went!" I shouted so loud that I'm sure everyone in the house could hear me

Jackson-"okay just chill, maybe we could still work something out you know." He winked and stood up, walking closer to me "and maybe you need to learn how to loosen up a bit." His hands suddenly touched my arms and pulled my body towards him. He was trying to kiss me

Y/n-"OMG JACK HAVE I NOT GIVEN YOU ENOUGH HINTS, GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME." Just as I shoved him away I felt another pair of hands on my waist pulling me back

Jacob-"STAY THE FUCK AWAY FRIM MY GIRLFRIEND YOU ASSHOLE!" He yelled at Jackson

Y/n-"Jacob I'm so so so sorry." I turned around and gave him the biggest hug ever

Jacob-"it's okay babe, Paige told me everything and this time I actually listed which I know I should've with you in the first place. Im the one who's sorry." He said hugging me back and placing a soft kiss on my forehead

Paige-"alright enough of the cuteness I need to have a little word with you Jackson." She emerged from behind Jacob and walked right up to jack "what the hell made you think it was a good thing to try cheat?! Absolute fucking pussy, you can't even try defend yourself."

Jacob-"let's get out of here and let them do this in private." He whispered into my ear

He reached for my hand and we walked back to his room. With the door locked and laying on his bed cuddled up to him, I finally felt okay again.

Y/n-"are we good now?" I asked

Jacob-"of course we are babe. Now let's just rest after that pretty eventful day." He smiled
