"You heard that?" The guard sarcastically asked, shifting his eyes onto Iris, and completely ignored the other human anomaly. "Get to moving! Us workers have something else to do than to babysit your ass."
Iris, wanting to avoid the man's anger post-explosion, reluctantly did what she was ordered to. "Fine!" She gave no other comments then that, but boy did she wanted to.
The guard turned towards the boy tagged as '4051' and said: "You, on the other hand, marched back to your room." He outright spat.
That struck a nerve on Iris, surprisingly. Wasn't he just a guard? Why was he acting like some kind of boss? And a major A-hole one at that. And plus, he doesn't even know what classification the guy went under. For all he knew, the boy could be classified as 'Safe', and was just roaming around the facility.
Speaking of the regular looking anomaly, the boy held a displeased expression, but did no efforts of physically trying to put up a fight. "Alright, alright... I'll go back to my room..." Sparing one last glimpse at Iris, he smiled at her, and waved his hand goodbye before turning to his heel and walked away.
Iris stood in awe and couldn't help but feel warmth by the boy's smile. It was...genuine, there's no doubt about. How did she know that? She couldn't exactly put her finger on it, but given how staff members of this facility act so robotic, something in her gut just knew his smile was different.
Iris yet again got shoved forward by the guard. Her face morphed into a scowl, but didn't leash out. She only took a deep breath to get her nerves to cool down, and finally walk forward to the professor's direction, who was watching the whole scene unfold.
The professor spun around and walk to his desired destination, with Iris and the two guards following suit. During this, Iris looked behind pass the guards and watch the disappearing form of another human anomaly.
'(4051, huh...? I'll... remember that...)' Iris turned her head back forward and continued to follow the doctor's lead.

"4051, please take this seriously. The longer you act like a buffoon, the longer it is for your mom to able to see you again." One of the doctors told the young boy through a microphone. "It's just a simple bleach bottle. If you can manifest a circular square from before, then surely you can to do this without hustle."
"I know... Just give me a moment, okay?" Rainer honestly was not having a good time. All thanks to this stinking washing detergent!
No matter how many times he'd tried this, horrible visions from the past came back to him with a vengeance.
Now, a little bleach bottle doesn't necessarily warrant a Vietnam flashback. Wouldn't it? In the case of one Rainer Miller, it was the source of his trauma.
"Sir?" Rainer called, facing to doctor through the transparent glass that separated him from the staff member. "Why are we doing this again? Wouldn't it make sense for you guys to test the limits of my powers?"
"While I and others do agree on your statement, we want to keep track on your anomalous powers' consistency. To see if there's any sort of weaknesses you didn't even know about that might open up. Think of this as a warmup before you actually get into the nitty-gritty of stuff." The doctor longingly explained.
"That...makes sense, I guess..." Now that he got the explanation, Rainer went back to his duty. Extending his right arm slightly, he mimicked a gesture similarly to a one picking a thread on a fabric
