"Oh you got the internet going crazy my love." I smiled and she shrugged.

"I don't care." She smiled and kissed my lips.

We were in my apartment right now. She had her head on my chest as we laid down in her bed.

I rubbed her arm gently with my thumb as she was snuggled into me.

"You're so sweet." She whispered making me smile.

"I love this side of yours." She said and sat up.

"Lay down again." I groaned.

"I have to shower baby. You should join me too." She said.

"Why? Do I smell?" I said sniffing myself.

Ariana laughed and shook her head.

"No, baby but we stayed in the rain for so long." She reminded me.

"Right right. Well let's go shower." I wiggled my eyebrows.

"No. I'm fucking exhausted." Ariana laughed.

"I'm just kidding baby." I laughed as we got inside the shower.

"You're so pretty. Do you know that?" I asked her.

"You're making me blush!" She whined.

"You're too cute." I laughed at her.

We showered quickly, dried our hair, brushed our teeth and went to bed.

"Baby, can we carve pumpkins tomorrow?" Ariana asked me.

"Sure baby." I said and she smiled.

We were laying down in her bed. I had my left arm wrapped around her and she had her arms on my chest while her face was snuggled into my neck.

"Baby?" Ariana whispered after a while.

I hummed in response.

"I listened to '8 letters'." She told me.

That caught me by surprise. I didn't think she would listen to that.

"Yeah?" I asked and she nodded.

"I love it. It's so beautifully written." She said.

"Thanks." I smiled.

"I appreciate that. And I'm proud of you. You're doing small but safe steps." Ariana told me.

I pulled her closer into me and placed a kiss at the top of her head.

"Maybe it's too early to speak about this but you're not only my girlfriend but also my best friend," I felt her smile against my skin when she said 'girlfriend', "we can't forget about the fact that you were in a four years long relationship. I know that it effected you a lot. She was your first love after all." She looked up at me.

I nodded my head agreeing with her.

"She's in the past now though." I said.

"No, she's not. She'll never fully be and that's okay. You just have to accept everything that happened and I'm not too sure you did." She told me and I hummed.

"How do I do that?" I asked.

"Have you talked to her recently?" She asked me and sat up.

"Well not recently. The first night you and I had sex I saw her. When I went to the club." I told her.

"She was at the club?" Ariana asked.

"No, I met her on the street." I said.

"How did it go?" She asked me.
