Chapter 2: Slave For The Princess

Rani, Verona, and Celina brought Kion to a cave. They sat and waited for him to gain consciousness. "Ow," He rubbed his head. "Good your up," Rani said. Kion looked around. "Why am I here?" He asked. "We are imprisoning you untill you decide to be my slave," Rani said. Kion stood up and growled. "Fine have it your way, boys!" A couple male lions showed up. "Claw him up, but don't kill him," Rani ordered. The males approached him. One pounced. Kion flew him to the side. They all started attacking. Kion was trying to pull them off, but they were relentless. There was blood everywhere. Kion's world went dizzy, and he blacked out. "Oh great," Rani rolled her eyes.

After half an hour, Kion woke up. Rani was glaring at him. "So, change your mind yet?" Shs asked. "Fine," Kion grunted as he stood up. "Good," Rani smirked. "Cmon, Verona and Celina are waiting for us," Rani walked out. Kion followed her, limping.

Rani layed down on a rock in the middle of a jungle oasis. Verona and Celina were standing under it. "Kion, catch us some food," Rani ordered looking at her claws. Kion rolled his eye's. And started walking off. "Are you forgetting something?" Rani asked. Kion turned around with a sigh, "What?" "You need to say, 'yes your majesty', then bow," Rani instructed. "Really?" Kion raised an eyebrow. Rani glared at him. Kion rolled his eye's, "Yes your majesty." He bowed. He walked off. "He may be apart of the Night Pride, but I can still treat him like crap," Rani smirked. Verona and Celina laughed.

"Jeez, lionesses are the worst," Kion grunted as he walked toward the hunting grounds. On his way, he met his friends. "Hey Iker, Silas, and Zakir," Kion forced a smile.

(Iker 15, Iker means, "Visitation")

(Silas 16, Silas means, "Forest")

(Zakir 17, Zakir means, "Grateful")

"Hey Kion, why are you clawed up?" Iker asked. Kion sighed, "Im Rani's 'slave'," He rolled his eye's. "Wait, what kind of slave?" Silas asked. "I need to do things for her. Right now I need to catch food," Kion replied. "Why you?" Zakir asked. "No idea, seems like she hates me, although, she did put me on the Night Pride," Kion said. "Oh, well we don't want to keep you, go on," Zakir said. Kion sighed and ran off.

Kion got a gazelle, and dragged it back to Rani, Celina, and Verona. "There you are, jeez," Rani rolled her eyes. The lionesses came up and started eating. "Rani, why did you only pick me to do things for you?" Kion asked. Rani looked at him as if it was a stupid question, "Everyone else is important, and your time is worth nothing." Kion growled. "You can go now, it's sunset," Rani said. Kion walked off to his parents den.

"Kion, what happened?" Nala asked. "I got scratched by thorns," Kion lied. Nala raised an eyebrow. "Oh, are you on the Night Pride?" She asked. Kion nodded. "Sweety, if there's anything going on, you can tell me," Nala said. "Ok, Fine. Princess Rani has made me her new slave, and she had her minions claw me up untill I agreed to work for her!" Kion shouted. Nala was shocked. "So your being bullied?" She asked. "Manipulated," Kion corrected. "I'll talk to Sahasi and Ananda about it," Nala said. "NO!" Kion shouted. "Why not?" "Let me do this by myself ok mom?" Kion asked. Nala sighed but nodded. "I won't tell your father," she said. Kion nuzzled her.

"So Rani, did you let Kion join?" Ananda asked. "Yeah," Rani rolled her eyes. Rani went to her corner of the tree, and slept.
