Boruto's POV:
"Hey Boruto, are you sure you don't know anything about what's been happening? Because you've started acting very suspicious lately." Kawaki said
" Why would I know about some random Otsutuki attacking Eida I mean I wasn't even there when it happened I was with Daemon the whole time!" Boruto said
"Oh yeah then why are you getting so defensive.... I'm onto you Boruto." Kawaki snarls
"Uh oh he's onto us what do we do? What if he finds out and tells everybody?" Boruto said worried
"Don't worry, he doesn't even have any proof and plus he's the main suspect right now." Momoshiki says reassuringly
"I guess that's true" Boruto says
"Hello you still there idiot?" Kawaki says looking confused
As Boruto snaps back to reality he just runs off not wanting to listen to Kawaki's bullshit . He reaches his destination, the forest . He walks in and decides he wants to do something to keep himself busy... then he remembers Mitsuki once said something about his parent being sketchy and some snake or whatever and decides he wants to go and search for this mysterious person. With just one question in mind....
He starts his journey by going back to his room and collecting some valuable items
He grabs a small pocket mirror, a jacket, and some kunai. Boruto begins his journey and leaves the village as he makes his way to find this snake person... but then he realizes he doesn't even know where they could be... then he also remembers where Mitsuki said he came from and decides to head there.
"It's so fricken hot out here!! Why is the dessert hotter then a hot tub! I hate this." Boruto says
But all of a sudden he notices a person also walking in this crazy sandstorm
Squinting so much he can barely see them but he decides to go and talk to them.
I mean it had been days since he interacted with a person... but he also decided this because he thinks he just found the person he had been looking for this entire time
Although the other person noticed him aswell and started walking towards him
"Hello Boruto what are you doing out here?" Orochimaru says
"How do you know my name??" Boruto says
"Why I am friends with your father and Sasuke so how could I not?"Orochimaru says
"Oh well I was actually looking for you anyways so this must be fate!" Boruto says
"Oh? What do you need?" Orochimaru says
"Well I was going to ask you if you know anything about the Otsutuki? Or perhaps some girl named Eida?" Boruto says
"Well I'm afraid I don't know who this Eida is but I do know lots about the Otsutuki. What would you like to know?" Orochimaru says
"Do you know if they posses certain eyes that grant powers? Like any secret eyes that only certain people know about?" Boruto says
"There is one I can think of. It's the jougan. It's said to posses powers beyond understanding ." Orochimaru says
Clearing his throat he swallows his fear and asks. "Do you know what powers it has?"
"... unfortunately I don't even know the answer to that .. but perhaps other beings would. If you know What I mean." Orochimaru says
"Anyways I must be going now before I forget what I was doing. Have a nice trip ." Orochimaru said as he then disappeared into the raging sand
"Ah- oh he's already gone.. mhhhhhhh I NEED ANSWERS so I must find my next target."
"I have an idea! I should ask sasuke." Boruto exclaims
