"So, Pete- Why don't you introduce us to your lovely friend."

However, the reaction he got wasn't anything close to what the boys expected. Peter turned around and leaned just a little closer to his friends, making his voice drop while whispering aloud. "Back off. Don't even think about it."

Because even when Peter was once again confused with his own mind, the seductive tone in Sirius' voice was enough to clear it of just for a moment. And he knew as soon as Sirius was caught up on one girl, he wouldn't give up until he got what he wanted. So he had to act as quick as possible.

And the accusing yet dangerous tone in his voice was enough to impress the boys and make Sirius loose any thought on the girl. Because this was different. This sounded a lot like something else.

After another few seconds of silence Peter chose to speak up and break the tension. "Boys, this is Lovia Rose. A childhood friend of mine. One I didn't know was a witch." The last sentence hang in the air heavily and was threatening to break him. And Lovia in the process. Because she hadn't known that about him either. "Lovia, these are my friends Remus, James and Sirius."

"It's nice to meet you. Even if I hadn't known that Peter was a wizard either." Her voice was more soft than his. More confused and sad and regretful.

But she didn't want to make a scene right in the middle of the great hall. Because as she had looked around she noticed the few eyes in them that were getting more and more.

"Peter. I have no idea what's happening right now but can we talk? Somewhere else, please."

Peter thoughts were racing. About how she wanted to meet him. How she was actually talking to him right now. And how they even got into this fucked up situation in the first place. "Meet me in the gardens after dinner. I'll take you somewhere.'

"Okay." Lovia saw the emotion in his eyes and couldn't bear it when her heart was out on her sleeve as well. They both needed sometime to comprehend what happened. They needed to cool off. "I'll see you then.'

Peter couldn't do anything but nod before he looked back at his friends whose wide, confides eyes were still on him. Before any of them had the chance to say anything, he quickly took his bag and ran out of the great hall.

Away from his friends. Away from the person he thought had forgotten about him. Away from the love that once left him.

The noon arose around the castle of hogwarts. The sun slowly left the sky and went to sleep while the moon took his chance to rise up. While the stars come around and whisper sweet nothings towards the clouds. It was dark outside. The only light shining down at the people was the moonlight. A litte something to keep us steady through the night.

The wizards and witches of Hogwarts, Beauxbatons and Durmstrang were dining together, enjoying the great feast. The house elves has worked hard to achieve this great presentation of food. But they wanted to. They loved to make themselves known through something they're good at. Helping the school and providing something worthy.

The whole house of gryffindor was sitting in their seats finishing their last bites and drinks. So did the marauders. James and Sirius had gone back to talking about quidditch and the famous players that were sitting just across the room. Fan-Girls all the way. Remus was browsing through their book for potions while sipping some pumpkin juice.

They had given up on trying to speak to Peter about an hour ago. No matter what they tried, he just wouldn't answer. Ever since he had rushed out of the great hall he had not spoken a word. After thirty minutes of the Boys being in their room after the meeting, Peter had walked in and layed in bed without a sound. He had pulled the tie from around his neck before sliding the robe down his shoulders. It took him another thirty minutes of silence before walking into the bathroom. After just a moment a sound of splashing water could be heard and the boys knew that he was showering. Stress-showering. Something Peter did every so often. He might not have but they had noticed. After about the third time he did it. Yet they knew there was nothing they could do to help right now.

And so Peter was sitting in front of his plate picking through the vegetables with his fork. He was deep in thought. In the thoughts he was finding himself in for the past hours.

However, as a voice rang out behind him once again, it was like the thoughts could no longer consume him. Because the person who these thoughts were about was now to consume him in real life.

Lovia stood, unsure with herself and what to do. The hours between their greeting and the dinner had passed in a haze of memories and lost. In difference to Peter her mind was blank. Absolutely nothing there. Not one singly thing. There was simply no room. It felt as though every vision of the past, present and future had left her mind. And she wanted it to stop. She wanted answers, the opportunity to question and time. Time with him. To figure this out.

"Peter?" She asked after walking towards their seats. Where he had introduced her to his friends earlier. They seemed genuine, she thought. Quite cool. Still, as she had given into the impatience, she had eyes for nothing but Peter. Only him.

Turning around, Peter's heart started to race around his thoughts once again. He could hear the pulse in his ears as he turned around. After not speaking for hours his voice was raspy as he did so. "Lovia."

Once again only her name passed his lips. The only thing he was able to say after abandoning the name years ago. And Lovia didn't even seem to notice. She was simply trying to make her own words come out clear.

"I am already finished eating. Didn't have any appetite to be honest." She mumbled the last part, hey eyes wandering to the ground. "And I saw you were as well, so I was hoping we could talk now. If you'd be up to it."

And after felling the six eyes of his friends fixed in her she looked up to them too. "And if that'd be fine with y'all of course.

And of course Remus just waved her of nicely. "Of course not. He's all yours. If he wants to be that is." The silent message was still loud enough to be understood. By both Lovia and Peter.

After gripping his knees tightly one last time, Peter stood up and grabbed his bag before facing Lovia once again. Standing just a meter in front of her and looking her straight into the eyes this time. "Let's go. I know a place where we're undisturbed."

And as they walked away, Peter was certain he heard his friends talking.

Sirius snickered to which Remus whacked him over the head lightly. "Not this kind of undisturbed, you wanker."

And Peter couldn't help but smile again.

On a picnic which Peter had magically placed on the ground with an 'Accio', him and Lovia were now sitting on the rim of the astronomy tower.

For many moment none of them said anything. No one knew if, when and how to start this conversation. If it was going to be a conversation anyway. Lovia had never planned on being able to see Peter again and Peter had punished himself for wishing for it to happen all these years. Now that the day had come, no one knew what to say.

Lovia couldn't help but think about the days when they were sitting next to each other like this. It was nothing weird. Not this awkward. Not filled with silent words that wouldn't dare come out. However, there was one thing she knew. "The stars still look the same after all these years, don't they?"

"They do. But we aren't the same, are we?" Peter asked. Her question shocked her. Because it was more of a fact than anything. They had spent many hours simply ganging at the stars together. Holding hands. And smiling at each other. Not knowing who they were. And maybe they still didn't.

But before any other question left Lovia's lips, there was one that burned on her soul. The one thing that had never left her mind but her heart broken for the years of time. "Why didn't you answer any of my letters, Peter?"

"What letters?"

"What letters?"
