your mother stared at you as you stared back.
it was awkward so you decided to speak up as to make it less uncomfortable.

what. - you said frowning as she stared at you.

nothing honey, but aren't you excited for your new school? - she asked seeming actually interested
you shrugged, you weren't exited but you did want to see what it was like, but you knew you'd get a dorm, so you were planning out the layout for it.

you arrived, everyone was outside.
either talking, on their phones or eating..?
alas they still stared at you.
as you walked on through, students shot weird looks at you.
you ignored them as usual.
you and your mother saw the headmistress (idk what to call her😭)

hello kathrine nice to finally see you again. - she said

nice to see you too larissa. - your mother said with a smile, although you could tell your mother wasn't really glad to see her.

ah, you must be vee? - the woman said

you looked at her as she  looked back smiling at you.

I'm Ms Weems, the headmistress of this school. - she introduced.

you nodded as you looked around. your mother looked at you, then she looked back at weems.
your mother spoke.

well.. I guess we can go see her dorm perhaps? - she questions

Ms weems nodded as she signaled for you to follow her.

as we followed we passed kids down the hallways, kids continued to stare at you.
you were close to snapping, as you didn't like people staring at you.
as you were about to say something your mother grabbed your hand reassuring you,
you calmed down.

you reached the dorm, you had to share with 2 people, one of them being new like you.

you walked in to the sight of two girls arguing while one pushed colourful paper toward the other.

Ahem! girls. - Ms weems said.

all attention went to her.
this is your new roommate again.

eeek!!! - one girl screamed as the other stared blankly

new roomie!! - she spoke again
she hugged you, you hugged her back?..

great.. now we have to split the room into three different sections - the pale girl spoke finally

girls this is vee, vee this is wednesday and this is enid! I hope you get along. - Ms weems said

we will be leaving now, - your mother spoke up.
