Jaylen Grayson I met this boy, the way we met wasn't ideal but it seemed like we were perfect for each other. His name was Jaylen. He was very kind and sort of a nerd but soon i found out why people told me to stay away from him.
Summer 2021: It was a chill year, i had just loss 60lbs and finished my junior year of high school. I was hybrid this year because of COVID-19, meaning i would come into school several days of the week. I was obsessed with this boy Mace (jaylens bestfriend). He didn't like me back but i wanted to make sure he seen me in some type of way.
One day at school I was in my study hall one day and i had got a request in my inbox from instagram
@jayfrmthe6: Yo, i heard you want my homie Mace. I could help you out with that
I honestly didn't expect the message so i just replied with the question anyone would
Me: who is this?
Him: Oh, Im Jaylen, you can call me jay tho
Me:Why'd you text me that? who told you that?
Him: Nobody told me, i heard him mention you on the game last night and decided to text you. Just to help you out
Me: how can you help me out?
Him: Listen, Im sorry to break it to you but he doesn't like you, he actually be talking bad about you
Me: *leaves him on seen*
Him: wait, before you just leave me on seen, I think you're beautiful and even though he doesn't want you, i would like to get to know you myself because i think you're beautiful.
Me: wouldn't Mace feel a way? ...
Him: he doesn't have to know, even if he does find out, what can he do? I didn't tell him to fumble a bag, he decided to do it on his own. I just took you off his hands since he seemed so irritated. If you don't want to, i understand but if you ever need anybody, feel free to text me.
Me: *leaves on seen again*
I turn my phone off and pack up 3 minutes before the bell rings.
I honestly don't know how to feel. I'm not going to lie i am kinda hurt about Mace not liking me back and thinking i'm annoying him but at the same time his homie is fine ... he looks better than him honestly. Maybe i should just stay away from both of them.
Weeks later: Me and mace did talk for a little after that and me and Jaylen actually became pretty close in the making of that. Mace had a motive and that was just to have sex with me. I know he didn't like me, i knew he still found me crazy and annoying.. but i was also attractive and Jaylen told Mace if he wouldn't get with me, he was going to take matters in his own hands. Personally, Mace couldn't take that embarrassment and he'd rather have me as a ex/failed talking stage rather than a person he fumbled.
