%!? 𓂃 jeong yujin is the founder and chairwoman of splat entertainment. she founded the company in 2007, only a year after she cut ties with SM entertainment and her debut group, g-rebel. she debuted with the group in 2003, but the group ultimately disbanded after much speculation regarding how the girls treated each other and how the staff treated them. %!? 𓂃 yujin is happily married to the green labsceo park young-jae. with him, she had her eldest daughter, heejin, and would hand splat entertainment down to her. she also has 2 other kids; however, she has kept them out of the celebrity spotlight for their own safety.

%!? 𓂃 park young-jae is the founder and ceo of the green labs. he founded the company in 2018, becoming a subsidiary to his wife a year later. young-jae has a history in the idol industry. in 2003 he debuted in the YG boy group l.ost but he would leave the group a year later to elope with (at the time) g-rebel member jeong yujin. he would have many offers to return to the industry but would decline all of them.

%!? 𓂃 lee hyun-jung is the current ceo of palette creative. his father founded the company in 2017 and handed it down to him and his brother in 2021. his brother would leave to set up a separate entertainment system in 2022 and would let hyun-jung know that he wants a little more room to grow. %!? 𓂃 palette creative is funded by splat entertainment, and, while it still works closely with them, the company is able to be seen as a standalone system.

%!? 𓂃 founding her company in 2020, moon haeun is the first korean international ceo under splat entertainment. she was a close friend of heejin's during their school days; however, they drifted apart during their final year of high school. when cloud mediawas on the verge of bankruptcy, they mutually agreed to help both companies thrive. %!? 𓂃 cloud media is an international training agency for splat entertainment. the agency helps train international trainees before sending them to the main building in seoul. the company is also responsible for helping to produce documentaries, docuseries, trailers/teasers, and music videos for all artists under splat entertainment. the company has yet to debut an artist under its label, but it is rumored that the company has plans to debut a 4-membered act.
