MADISON'S POV
Great I'm getting my stomach pumped again and I can't hide my cut's anymore not after my mom kicked out "someone page dr shepherd" shit I hope it wasn't Derek or Amy they don't have to be "honey what is your name so we can call someone for you" I shook my head no and I guess she let that go "I'm dr grey can I have your first name please" I don't want to tell her but I should because she is the only doctor to talk to me and not about me "Madison and my head is hurting can I get something for it" then Derek walked in "Maddie what happened to you?" He sounded so disappointed in me and I felt a tear fall down my face. "You know her?" Dr grey asked Derek he doesn't know I got my stomach pumped "Meredith this is my little sister Madison" she looked shocked and he had to for paged Amy and mark because they came running in as Derek was sticking my head mark was the first to talk "Maddy patty why didn't you tell me you where here" then mark came and laid next to me "she is high you can see it in her eyes" Derek and mark looked in my eyes then they got one of those drug screen "Maddy patty you can stay with me or Derek if you want".

MARK'S POV
I paged Lexie to Maddie's room so she can meet her "mark can I stay you for now I think Derek and Amy hate me" I hate that she feels like this then Lexie came running in "Lexie this is Maddie she is going to be staying with us" she was laying on my chest I really hope Lexie is happy that Maddie is staying with us no matter what she is staying with us "is she your kid mark I can't do this a third time" Maddie shook her head no and so did I I could tell Lexie was calmer then she was a minute and we where told take we could take Maddie home and all we could hear was her phone blowing up. "who is texting you Maddie" I looked down and she was sleeping then I saw all of her cuts so I have to lock up anything sharpe so she can't hurt herself but I really need to talk to Amelia and Derek so I paged them to see what we should do like if they want her on some days of the week or weekend "we want her on the week days you can have her one the weekend and tonight because she is comfortable with you" i nodded then we went to see Maddie and Lexie talking but she is looking for her jacket "where is my jacket I need my jacket" I gave her the bag they put her clothes in and she went to get clothes but Derek picked up her phone "she has people who are worried about" that made me smile because she has friends and now she has family then Maddie come out of the bathroom and had on a very short dress it i didn't cover anything Amelia made a comment just it "so why are you wearing that I can see your boobs and where did you learn to do makeup but your eyeliner looks so good" Derek was shocked and she took her phone from Derek

AMELIA'S POV
I shouldn't have told her I could see her boobs or asked why she is wearing a dress I just want my baby sister to be sober and not hurt herself and I know what it's like to be high to not feel anything but happiness "you are just mad because you are an old hag and no one wants you!" When did my sister become so angry "Maddie I know you don't mean that it's the drugs talking not you"  then she ran out of the room and Lexie when after her but I hate that she is saying that even though it's the drug. "Amy we know she doesn't mean it" Derek was trying to comfort me but it still hurts a lot

LEXIE'S POV
Yes I did have a 13 year old crying on my shoulder "they hate me so much" I know what it feels like to have an older sibling hate you or to think they do "Madison they don't hate you mark he adores you, Amelia she thinks of you as a mini her and Derek I have never seen him happier. That seemed to helped her a lot then I saw her put two pills and in her mouth then she swallowed them without water now I'm impressed and worried "are you sure it's okay that I stay with you and mark" I nodded because she isn't a bad kid then we saw mark and Derek come out....
