I am moving to your chest.
Feel, how my voice is slowly and gently massaging your chest. And as your chest is being massaged by my voice, it is relaxing more and more.
And the more you relax the better you feel.
So that you enjoy feeling so good because of my voice massaging your chest and the rest of your body. And you are also enjoying the relaxation that this massage is giving to you.
By now your whole chest is completely relaxed because of my voice massaging it.

I am moving to your abdomen.
Feel how every muscle in your abdomen gets slowly and gently massaged by my voice. And you enjoy the relaxation, that you are receiving from this massage. So, I want you to enjoy it even more.

The massage has now reached your feet and my voice is slowly and gently massaging every part of them.
And you enjoy the relaxation you are receiving from this massage. Because this relaxation has taken you into a deep state of trance.
That is good, because it allows you to enjoy this massage as much as it is possible for you.
By now your feet are completely relaxed because of the massage and you enjoy this relaxation.

You are complete wide awake and feeling refreshed.
You are fully aware and alert of your surroundings.
Your body is responding to you, as it normally does.
