3rd person pov
mina didn't know what to expect but it surely wasn't what she was seeing. she felt like she didn't know anything or maybe she knew everything and her mind was going insane but she didn't care. she couldn't feel the need too, she stared at serenas door in confusion after she heard the girl scream out.
"serena are you okay in there?" she asked and she heard a groan
"yeah I'm alright" serena called back and mina sat down on the floor as she waited at the door for her to open it or be honest with the girl.
"are you sure?" she asked and she heard another sigh
"ill be alright, can i be alone for a little bit please?" she asked and mina stood up from the ground as she ran a hand through her hair and nodded
"I'm here if you need me ser" was the last thing she said before she left and went back to her room where bianca was asleep. the next day, nothing was the same, the mayor had gotten killed and the school was on lockdown but at least mina had enid.
she sat in their room as they laid together staring at the floor holding hands. being in silence with each other was enough for them and made them feel better about everything.
"I've been thinking about my less-than-enthusiastic response to your surprise soireé and i must admit, i regret not showing my gratitude towards you more appropriately" Wednesday said and mina sat up with enid
"you really mean it?" enid asked and mina smiled at the girl
"take the win, enid. if only there were a way for us to get off campus and have a little birthday redo. just three best friends. too bad the school is on lockdown. would you look at that full moon?" Wednesday said and mina knew what the girl was doing. she wanted to stop her but she also wanted to see where it was going.
"how about i say I'm about to wolf out and get a pass to the lupin cages? and say you volunteered to lock me in" enid suggested
"my deviousness has finally rubbed off on you, thing you know what to do right?" Wednesday said and they went to leave but enid stopped them
"we should wear our snoods" enid said and she grabbed hers, minas and Wednesdays
"oh i believe i left mine at fencing" Wednesday spoke and mina shook her head
"oh no, serena brought it back last night" she said and she handed it to wednesdy as they left the school. when they left, enid got in the car with Wednesday and mina climbed in afterwards. she saw tyler and she laughed as she listened to the conversation inspiring in front of her. they got to the building and got out of the car as they walked to the gate.
