"Yeah, she pointed it out to me when I and Mark went shopping. I thought it would look great in her nursery" Luna answered.

"Yeah, she won't leave without it, caused a lot of arguments" Arizona teased.

"Hand me a scalpel," Luna said smiling.

The surgery had been going wrong in every way it could. They couldn't stop the bleeding nor could they find the source of the bleeding.

"Suction please?" Arizona angrily said.

"Can you page Karev please?" Luna said looking up knowing they needed an extra set of hands.

It felt like the surgery was hours long. But when you get a bad patient it always ends up feeling like that.

"You paged me," Karev said walking in after scrubbing.

"We need you in here" Luna shouted.

"How about we take the Kidney out? I know the precautions and this kid is 7 she's at the top of the list we can hold out for a few hours if not I'll give mine. We need to stop the bleeding or she won't get a chance" Luna expressed.

"Phone unos now, and Luna you can't give a kidney otherwise you would not be able to move across the country let alone go to Boise" Arizona stated.

"They've got a Kidney it's coming in an hour," One of the scrub nurses said.

"Would you give your kidney for a patient?" Karev asked intrigued.

"I'd give a kidney to anyone I cared for," Luna said not even looking up from what she was doing.

"I wouldn't. I'd barely give you food if you wanted it" Karev said jokingly.

"And that Karev is what you aren't going to one of the best Peds hospitals," Arizona said smiling.

"Haha, I don't want to leave anyway. I've got every one right here." Alex uttered with a smirk.

Luna was about to speak when a nurse came rushing in with a Kidney. It was almost like the wave of commotion had made Luna sick. It had been happening quite a lot since boards but she thought I was anxious more than anything.

"That was quick," Arizona said.

"Karev are you prepared for Boise?" Luna asked trying to concentrate on the surgery.

"Never been more prepared" Karev cockily answered.

Arizona, Alex and Lun managed to finish the surgery on time, despite some setbacks. But the patient was all healthy and well.

"Can you send me updates while I'm away I want to know how they are doing?" Luna said walking out of post-ops next to Arizona.

"Luna got to get ready and speak to your man?" Arizona said looking at Jackson who was stuck behind her.

Luna walked over to Jackson with a million thoughts in her head on what she wanted to say.

"I love you," Jackson said engulfing her in a hug.

"I love you," Luna said leaning her head onto him.

"Can we talk?" Jackson said holding her hand and pulling her into an on-call room.

"Sure" Luna worryingly said.

"I don't want to make an empty promise to you or say something because the world never wants us to be together. And we are about to move away from each other. But I don't mind trying long-distance, we can switch weekends and video call dates. I want to tell you about my difficult cases and I want to see the glow on your face when you save a tiny person. I want to be the person who holds you when you don't want to do anything but cry and run. So please can we give us a go?" Jackson said pacing.
