Me:*was at the lair with the others as I was in the dojo/training as I was punching and kicking a punching bag as I was trying to take my anger out as I was really mad and upset for some reason as the others saw it and noticed that I was really mad and upset for some reason as I didn't notice it as a few tears of anger stream down my face as I just continue punching and kicking the punching bag*
