According to the urban legend, there is a ghost in movie Three Men and a Baby. About an hour into the movie, there is a scene where Ted Danson is walking through the house. In the background, peering out through the curtains, a ghostly figure can be seen. It appears to be the ghost of a young boy, standing in the window.

As the story goes, the house in which the movie was filmed had previously been the site of a horrible accident. A young boy was playing with a shotgun when it suddenly went off, blowing off his head. His horrified parents moved out of the home shortly afterwards and sold the house to a movie studio.

The house was haunted by the ghost boy and, during filming, the haunting image of the dead child was caught on camera.

When the movie was released and the mother saw the ghost of her beloved son, she demanded that the movie studio remove the scene. They refused and she went on Oprah and Geraldo to complain. Shortly afterwards, she ended up going insane from the shock and had to be put in a mental home.

Of course, all of this is an urban myth. The ghostly figure is actually a cardboard cut-out of Ted Danson wearing a top hat. It was supposed to be shown in a different scene in the movie, but the scene was deleted before the movie was released.
