Today, after almost 10 years with me and my family, we had to say goodbye to my cat, Smokey, after his kidneys started failing
Smokey came to us on a cold March afternoon in 2013 when he was 4 (I was 8), and that day we adopted him has to be one of the best days of my life
He was the sweetest, but neediest boy with a lot of stomach issues. He was a pain in the ass sometimes, but he was my pain in the ass
Words cannot even describe how much this hurts. He was more than just my cat. He was my boy, he was like a little brother to me, my best friend, and the only irl friend I had recently. He was the best cat a girl could have
If I had the opportunity to pick another cat, I'd pick him every single time, cause you can't replace a cat like him
I miss him like crazy, but I know he's still here in spirit watching over me
Mama loves you so much boo-boo. No matter what happens, no matter what gets in our way, you will forever and always be my boy❤️
