Last night of the year

You were at a party with your parents near the beach and the cliff.
Hollyberry invited all the cookies to have fun together waiting for the new year, little cookies too, so they brought you, a little 9-years old.
After some hours, you were getting bored, you didn't want to dance or talk to someone, and no one was talking to you too, your parents were talking to other cookies.
So without telling anyone, you got up, took some sweet jellies to eat and walked to the cliff, which wasn't so high.
It was a bit cold, you looked up to the moon and saw Moonlight Cookie sleeping.
"Lucky her" you said with a whisper.
You turàn back to look at the water and you see something, or well, someone watching you.
"EEEK?!-" You jumped back almost falling.
The strange cookie got under the water scared, but still curious, because they didn't go away.
You got nearer to see them better.
They did the same by popping their head out of the water.
You two looked inside each other's eyes.
That cookie looked like a shark, they weren't soggy at all, so that wasn't a normal cookie.
They had dark blue eyes, sharp eyes and teeth.
Their back hair looked like a fin.
"Are you waiting for the fireworks too?" You asked.
They nodded
"Yeah, I've heard that tonight one's are going to be beautiful"
The strange cookie smiled looking at the sky.
"I would love to walk in a higher place to see them better"
You did a surprised face, you didn't expect that cute voice from a shark-looking cookie.
Besides they were so kind to you.
"Why? You can't walk?"
"No..I can't, I'm not a cookie"
they showed their shark-shaped tail.
You were amazed.
"SO COOL!! YOU'RE LIKE A MERMAID COOKIE!!!"
"Hehe..yes, but I would like to walk like you too...and jump and dance, running free...but i can't"
The shark cookie said with a smile that faded after.
"I'm sure you will!" You answered to cheer them up.
The little shark smiled.
It was almost midnight and your parents were searching you.
After some minutes talking, you two heard loud noises coming from above; the fireworks started.
Sorbet and you were amazed by the multicolore lights.
You see your mom coming from the party screaming.
"Y/N COME! IT'S DANGEROUS!!"
"oh no"
"It's ok, y/n" the cookie giggled
"What's your name?" You asked before going.
"Sorbet Shark cookie" they answered. "My name is Sorbet Shark Cookie!"
"Byeee Sorbet!" You said running to your parents.
"See you y/n!" Sorbet jumped and did some acrobatics to make you smile.
You saw them and your eyes were shining like diamonds.
After that, you got at the party again and Sorbet Shark got into the sea once again.
