y/n bit her nails anxiously as she waited for the gang to get back. it's been almost an hour now and she feels nervous. 'what if something bad happened to them? are they okay? what if they are badly hurt?' the only thing going through her mind was negative thoughts. she sighed quietly as she tried to calm down her heart. soon, she heard the front door open. she bolted up from off the couch, expecting to see the gang, but what she saw made her freeze in horror. "hey there sugar" bob said with a smirk as three other socs came into the curtis house. "y-you were the soc that s-stabbed me!" she stated in a scared tone as he smirked. "yes sugar, that's me. i found out from your greasers that you survived. i came here to change that" y/n noticed they were all bruised up and bleeding

"what did you guys do to them?!" she raised her voice, feeling panic spread throughout her entire body. "oh relax sugar, they're fine. they should be on their way back which is perfect because then they can get front row seats to the show" bob said as he started slowly walking towards y/n. she started backing up, looking around frantically, trying to find a way to escape. she felt her nose sting as tears came to her eyes. "this is why ya don't leave the door unlocked. that's a stupid move on you, little greaser" bob said before quickly running towards y/n. she let out a small yelp as she tried to avoid him, but he was too fast for her. she went to scream, but bob put his hand over her mouth

he put his free arm around her waist before dragging her out of the house and taking her to the front yard. she tried to free herself, but it was no use. he was too strong for her. all she could do was cry in hopes that the gang would be back in time to help her. "randy, give me a blade" she let out a cry hearing bob's words. she soon felt a cold metal on her neck, causing her to flinch at the feeling. she let out more tears as she saw figures walking in the distance. "hey greasers! we got your girl!" randy yelled as the figures started running towards them. sure enough, it was the gang. "hey, what the hell man. what did she do to you?" steve said as they all kept their distance, scared that if they came any closer, bob would slit her throat

"you guys did win the rumble, i admit. but, this bitch is supposed to be dead. how she's still alive, i don't know. yet, i figured i would just come and finish her off" bob said as he pushed the knife slightly into y/n's neck, causing her to cry out in pain. she locked eyes with dally as she pleaded for help with them. "look man, let her go. kill me instead.. just don't kill her" dally stated as he stepped forward. "how cute. the one and only dallas winston is willing to sacrifice his life for a girl's life. how crazy is that. he must be in love" bob said as he looked at randy with a smirk which randy gladly returned. "but, i don't wanna kill dallas winston.. that's no fun. so, i think i'll stick with y/n cade" bob pushed the knife even deeper, causing blood to start flowing down her neck

y/n cried out in pain as she felt her vision blur. the gang grew nervous as they knew they had to think of something fast. dallas secretly felt around in his pockets and stopped when he realized he had a gun. he then quickly took it out before pointing it at bob. "let her go or i swear, i will shoot you in the fucking head" dally said lowly as bob's eyes slightly widened. he slowly let go of y/n before pushing her into dallas. she immediately hugged him, crying silently into his chest. he wrapped his right arm around her as he kept the gun pointed at bob. "if i ever see you near her again, i will murder you myself" dallas said, dominance in his voice

bob, randy, and the two other socs got into their car before quickly speeding off. "dallas, what the hell—" dally cut off darry. "relax, the gun wasn't loaded" he put the gun back in his pocket before kneeling down in front of y/n. he gently grabbed her chin and slightly lifted her head up, looking at the wound. "doll, relax, it's okay. it's not that bad" dally stated softly, noticing that y/n was still crying. ponyboy looked over at johnny and noticed he was crying silently. pony patted johnny on the back, trying to calm him down. "come on, let's get her inside. i need to treat that" darry said as everyone went inside the curtis house

sitting on the couch, y/n sighed as she kept her hand on her neck over the wound, trying to stop the bleeding. "can you tell us what happened, doll?" dallas stated softly as he sat next to her before gently rubbing her back. she stayed silent for a second before biting her bottom lip, unsure of what to say. she felt as if it were her fault on why she was in this condition. if only she remembered to lock the door, then she wouldn't have gotten hurt and the boys wouldn't have to be worrying about her. "y/n? what happened, doll?" dallas repeated as he noticed how she was hesitating to speak. "i'm sorry" was all she could say as a few tears rolled down her face

dallas looked at the boys in shock, confused as to why she was apologizing. they seemed to be just as shocked as dally. "what..? why are you apologizing? there ain't no reason to be apologizing" dally stated softly, putting a strand of her hair behind her ear. "i forgot to lock the door.. and they got in. i tried to run away from them but they were too fast.. i—" dallas cut y/n off by gently pulling her into a hug. he wrapped his arms around her as she silently cried into his chest. "y/n, doll, it's okay.. you don't gotta apologize. you're safe.. that's all that matters" he caressed her hair, trying to calm her down. "can you let darry take care of your wound? we don't want it to get infected, now do we?" dally said, a soft look in his eyes

y/n nodded as she turned to face darry. he gently cleaned up her wound before patching it up, making sure there was no chance for it to get infected. "you're all patched up, kid" darry said, a small smile on his face. "thanks dar" he nodded before softly ruffling her hair. johnny looked at his kid sister as he noticed how dally looked at y/n with the most softest eyes. johnny snapped out of his thoughts before speaking. "angel, can we talk?" she looked at her brother with a confused expression on her face, suddenly getting nervous. "i— sure" johnny gently grabbed y/n's hand before leading her outside on the porch. he closed the door to make sure no one would be able to hear their conversation, especially dallas

"angel.. i— do you love dal?" johnny asked, getting straight to the point, catching y/n off guard. "w-what..?" she asked quietly, her eyes wide. "do you love dallas winston?" he repeated the question looking down at her. she looked away from him before looking down at her feet. she stayed silent before looking him in the eyes. "i love dallas winston" she stated quietly as johnny nodded. "but dally doesn't do relationships. dallas winston doesn't fall in love, johnnycakes. he doesn't love me" johnny looked at her, his eyebrows raised. "how can ya be so sure? you are changing him, y/n. he's not as cold as he used to be. ever since you came into his life, he's been a lot happier. he loves you, angel. i can see it by the way he treats you. he's never treated any girl like the way he's treated you" y/n shook her head

"he's just being nice because i'm your kid sister. he has a soft spot for you, johnny. that's why he treats me so nicely because he doesn't want you bein' upset with him" johnny shook his head, a small smirk forming on his face. "oh y/n, this is the first time you've ever been in love, huh?" she nodded lightly. "makes sense" she softly punched his shoulder, her cheeks turning a soft pink. "don't judge me, okay? this is all so new to me" johnny ruffled her hair softly before smiling gently. "i know, angel. you should go talk to dal" she nodded as they both walked back inside the curtis house
