(I was gonna make a digital version with modern day flags but got lazy, so maybe in the future I'll finish it)

Now I'm going to explain the animals I did for each. Don't care? You can move on.

🇨🇿 Czechoslovakia (top row, left)- a combination of Czechia's and Slovakia's animals. Mostly a two tailed lion and has some features of a ram.
⭐️ Yugoslavia (top row, right)- just chose an eagle because I didn't know what else to do and I heard somewhere that the two-headed eagle was it's national animal but I doubt that is true.

[CS kids]
🇨🇿 Czechia (middle row, third)- two-tailed lion cus national animal.
🇸🇰 Slovakia (middle row, second)- a ram, I explained this before but simply Slovakia has a symbolic connection with shepherds who herd sheep and big horns look cool ok.

[Yugoslav republics + then autonomous territories]
🇸🇮 Slovenia (middle row, first)- this one has the worst choice, Slovenia has no national animal and no agreed upon unofficial one so I decided to make their's the Golden-horn. A creature from like a random Slovenian myth. Eh, why not.
🇭🇷 Croatia (bottom row, fourth)- an obvious hybrid, it is mostly Pine Marten with some features from other animals that are on the coat of arms on the coat of arms on the flag. The horns from the goat and mane from the lions.
🇧🇦 Bosnia (bottom row, second)- this country also doesn't have an official national animal (very annoying) but I mostly see it being said that the unofficial one is a specific herding dog breed, Tornjak. Not sure if this is true either but it should cus big fluffy dogs are adorable.
🇲🇰 Macedonia (bottom row, first)- Macedonian lion yep.
🇲🇪 Montenegro (middle row, sixth)- pretty sure that Montenegro also doesn't have a national animal but unofficially it's said to be either the lion or eagle so Montenegro is a lion-eagle hybrid. Ligle?
🇷🇸 Serbia (middle row, fourth)- also no official animal so the white eagle was the safest bet but many say that unofficially that it is also the wolf. White eagle wolf hybrid.
⭐️ Vojvodina (middle row, fifth)- mostly white eagle with like 10% Turul (a mythical Hungarian bird of pray that looks like an eagle.)
🇽🇰 Kosovo (bottom row, third)- mostly golden eagle (ethnic symbol of Albanians) with some white eagle. (Not like it really matters since it just looks like a random eagle)
