Geetanjali opened her eyes only to meet Kartavya's captivating orbs which have held Geetanjali captive for an eternity.
"Good morning my sweetheart" Kartavya kissed her forehead.
"Mmhm Uhm" Geetanjali moaned and cuddled with Kartavya
"It's 8 already meri jaan......we would be late" Kartavya said while pecking her nose
"Can we not go?.......I really don't want to" Geetanjali voiced out her thoughts
"Geetu we have to and why don't you want to? I am there with you toh....... you will grace them with your that is Geetanjali Kartavya Chauhan's presence.....so move your cute butt and go get ready......"
After few minutes Geetanjali came out of the bathroom, still lost in her own trance. She was sitting on the recliner and sipping her tea when Kartavya gently held her leg and placed it on his thighs.
"Yeh aap kya kar rahe hain?" Geetanjali whisper asked and wriggled her left foot
"Sshh nail paint laga raha hun....hilo mat nhi toh bigad jayega" Kartavya kept painting her nails with pastel pink shade with full concentration
"Par aap mera pair (foot) kese chu sakte hain? Esa nhi karte....."
"Meri jaan, mein aap ka pair (foot) thik waise chu sakta hun jese aap bina hichkichaye (hesitation) mera paon chu leti hain"
"Kartavya ji aap bhi na........" Geetanjali huffed
"Geetu stop getting stressed please........I will be there right beside you, holding your hand. I promise meri jaan" Kartavya pecked her lips.
Geetanjali smiled a little. Kartavya took a sip from her cup of tea.
"Sweet" Kartavya cringed
"Chai toh sweet hi hoti hai na....."
"Haan par bina chini ke bhi chai bann sakti hai" Kartavya said
"Haan jese ghost biryani ko hi biryani bolte hai aur veg biryani ko pulao waise hi bina chini wale chai ko chai nhi ..................( Geetanjali took a moment to think of a new name) doodh chai pati misran kehte hain" Geetanjali argued
"Is it so?" Kartavya scooped Geetanjali and went inside the closest to get ready.
AT CHAUDHARY VILLA
Both Divya and Vikrant were on the. Guests congratulating them while both of their family members mingling with other guests and relatives. Lots of hustle and bustle was there. Vikrant and Divya were getting praises for making a good couple, Divya's beauty, her dress, jewellery and what not.
Suddenly all the attention upon Vikrant and Divya shifted to the arrival of another couple. Geetanjali and Kartavya walked inside the venue.
