A/N: Okay, this is just kind of a filler chap, so... yep! :) hope you enjoy it!
Anyway... if there was a song for this chapter... I'll Be There by Julie Anne San Jose would fit... kind of. ;)

11th String:
Just For Tonight
•Leonel's POV•
Ever since the war, Natalie has been quiet. Too quiet, actually, even for her. I mean, she always has been quiet, but not to the extent of not talking to anyone. Believe me, she didn't talk to anyone. Not even Alex, or Armand, or me. The death of her people took its toll on her, plus the fact that her dad... actually, no one had told her about it yet. We were afraid that she would go all out-of-control-royal again. We had enough of her sadistic side. Eugh. That one time scarred me for life. Seeing her do that... was like hearing a baby cuss. The only difference was, her cruel side was a thousand times more horrifying, and I'm pretty certain you can't laugh that off. She maimed that guy in seconds, man, seconds! And she ripped his heart out without a second thought, who wouldn't be terrified by that? Exactly. No one.
"So... Bro, what do you say?" Armand grinned. We were currently inside a fast food restaurant, discussing plans to lure Natalie out of her new emotional shell. Igloo, maybe, cause she's been giving us the cold shoulder for weeks.
I leaned back on my chair and pinched my nose. "Okay... fine." I looked at Armand. "I... I'll try. But... I'm not sure if this would go according to the plan. You know Natalie. She doesn't like it when people do things involving her without asking her opinion."
"Nah, she would be angry, but you are the one who's going to be with her. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't hurt you."
I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, right. I had a cast for two weeks just because she shoved me away from her." Seriously though, I did. Apparently, I got a shoulder injury because when I smashed into that tree, my shoulder kind of took most of the impact. My back? Fine. It just hurt for a couple of days but after that it didn't hurt anymore.
"Dude!" He slammed his palms on the circular table, causing some of the passers-by to look at us funny. "She wasn't herself then!"
I groaned. "What if she goes bat-shit crazy while we're locked inside? She would pummel me!"
"She wouldn't! Well, unless you murder someone from her clan." I shot him a look for that. "Stop being so pessimistic! This will work, trust me."
"How do you even know that?"
He smiled at me. "She has a soft spot for you, Cipher."
"She has a soft spot for you, too!" I kicked the empty chair beside me. "Why can't you go in there with her?" I whined. I really, really don't think this plan is going to work.
He gave me a half hearted grin. "If she had that kind of soft spot for me, I would have taken my chances, you know. You're the closest to her out of all of us." Was it just me... or did I really hear a hint of sadness in his voice...?
"But still...Agh! This is all so.... Damn it! Fine! I'll do it!" I slammed my forehead on the table. Ouch!
"Hey guys!" I raised my head to see Alex sitting on the seat beside me, pulling her tray close to her. "What's up?" She pointed at me. "Why is Leonel looking so frustrated?"
