This is the first book I've ever written (besides the scrapped version of this book, previously called amore).
I started thinking up this book on December 1st, 2021. From then to now, I've written 15 chapters in total, rewritten about 5, and changed the plot about 2,000 times. It's now November 1st, 2022, and I'm just now posting the first chapter of this book. Over the past year, the only thing I've managed to keep the same is the characters and their personalities.
So, I really hope you fall in love with them, just like I did.
Before we get started, I wanted to shove a couple of warnings in here. If you don't feel well enough to read descriptive content about these issues, I suggest you click off and find a different book to read! The possibly triggering content in this book is as follows,

This book is fictional but talks about real-world topics.
On another note, when the banner reads a character's name, it will be their POV. I only plan to switch the POV between two characters, so it doesn't get too confusing. Most of the story will be seen through Myra Acker, our main character's eyes. Here's the banner that you'll see when it's her POV!
