You're not going crazy. No, this has to be some kind of dream.
You pretend like the voices never spoke.
You pretend that you're in bed, with your eyes closed, stuck in some twisted nightmare...
And you wake up.
You're in bed, staring at the ceiling.
Thank goodness, it worked. Let's hope that never happens again.
