"Finally we're done unpacking your stuff Riko." I said as we finished placing her chair for the piano. "Be quiet Y/n you had way more stuff than me!" "Haha yeah whatever but do you think you'll be able to play the piano this time?" "I don't know but maybe if I were able to play it right last time then maybe I wouldn't be here." Riko said grazing the piano in a sentimental manner. "Don't be so hard on yourself Riko besides maybe this can be a fresh start for both of us!" I said taking her hand reassuring her. "Anyway why'd you even come with me you could have stayed in Tokyo." "Hmm because my mom said I could and your mom said I could stay with you guys and besides how could I leave my poor little Riko alone." I said teasing her. "Shut up Y/n." She said embarrassed and then we both laughed it off. Time passed so quickly as we both got ready for school tomorrow at Uranoshi. In the evening Riko had said she would go out to the shore for a little bit and not wanting to bother her I went to my room. I did feel conflicted with moving away from my family to live with Riko and her mom but I felt it was just right. I met Riko in middle school at the music room just like me she also played the piano but her sound was much more beautiful than mines. I became friends with her and after a while I quit piano, she still played even after I quit and when I saw her struggle at that performance I knew I had to be there for her. As I had my last thought I dozed off into a deep sleep.

*Y/n wake up!" I heard Riko yell. "Hmmm." half asleep I saw the sun rising. "What time is it?" I asked. "Time to get ready Y/n now hurry and get dressed." Riko said leaving my room. I got up and got ready. Putting on the sailer uniform the school made us buy was quite different from Otonokizaka's blazer uniform. I met up with Riko outside and we walked to the bustop. When we got to Uranoshi and walked in class a girl stood up from her chair and pointed at Riko and asked if she would be a school idol with her. Riko refused. I was quite confused did Riko know her. When class was over the orange haired girl asked again. Riko then again refused her. The mikan haired girl then went back to sit in her seat looking disappointed. "Hehe why not join Riko." I said. "No I would rather not besides I already have piano." "Haha anyways do you know her?" Riko told me how she met her at the beach and how she talked about school idols. "Hmm I see. . . Why not Riko it sounds fun you should join!" "Ugh not you too if you think it sounds fun why don't you join Y/n!" She said like she was mad. "Haha no I don't really see myself becoming an idol but you you could." Riko looked embarrassed. Class started once again. The mikan haired girl kept on asking Riko to join her school idol group throughout the whole day and it seemed Riko was losing her patience. "You'll never get Riko to join you like that I said. "Ahh but why!" "You got to get into her emotional side Takami-san." I said jokingly. "Shut up Y/n don't encourage her." "Hmm maybe then you should join Y/n!" I thought about it for a second. "No thanks as much fun as it might be i don't really want to become a school idol." "Ahhh why won't anyone join!" And then she left to her friend Watanabe-san probably to discuss school idol stuff or something. At the end of the school day I told Riko that I was gonna stay here for a little longer and she left. I went to the library and it seemed to be a quiet place. As much as I loved hanging out with people being alone and having peace and quiet was something I also valued. When I got to the library I saw a girl with brown hair reading a book. I wasn't expecting anyone to be in the library after school but to be fair I'm also here. When I walked past her we both made slight eye contact and then I saw what book she was reading. It was one of my favorite books, although I don't read as often as when I kid the one she had was most memorable and my favorite. I walked up to her and sat down next to her. The brown haired girl stared at me while also trying to avoid eye contact. "I love that book!" I said to her. Her eyes lit up like a fire that had just been started. "Really!" "Yep!" She put the book down and started talking. "Which part do you like in this book zura!" "Oh the part where the mc takes the sword and slashes chains surrounding his comrades to save them." "I love that part too!" We both started talking about the book together. She seemed shy at first but she was actually quite talkative. Time went by so fast that I didn't realize how late it got. "Ah I didn't realize how late it got zura." And then she looked like she realized something. "Ah sorry I've been saying zura this whole time haven't I!" "I'm so sorry." She apologized. "Haha what are you saying sorry for I don't mind it besides it's cute how you say zura. I said patting her head. She blushed a little. "Hehe thanks but we have to get going now don't we." She said. "Yeah but I had fun talking to you. . . Uhm." "Hanamaru kunikida that's my name." She said. "Well then Kunikida-san it was fun talking to you and my name is Y/n L/n." We both left the school building and went home. "I'm home!" I said as I got inside. "Y/n!" I saw Riko at the doorway. "Where were you I was so worried you were in danger what the heck! I texted you so many times!" I went too check my phone and saw hundreds asking if I was okay. "Hehe uhm sorry." I said but Riko was really mad at me for the rest of the day. After dinner Riko seemed to have calmed down a bit and I apologized and then everything was fine. I got to my room looking at the very same book I talked to Kunikida-san about and it made me very happy to see it. I'm glad I packed it.
