Last Christmas

Chapter 1

DECEMBER is here and you know what that means, yup Christmas but besides that, the cold weather.
And cold weather means... lazy mornings.

MONDAY MORNING, december the 1st outside of the window, specks of snow has started to fall down from the white fluffy clouds that settled above, inside the house you could hear the fire crackling, snores from a little pup soundly sleeping on its circle shaped bed, just peacefull......

"Ringggggg"

Hazel jolted awake startled by the sound of her alarm clock, with her eyes barely open she sat up and reached out to her bedside table lazily, grabbing her phone and turning the alarm off, 'stupid alarm clock' she muttered, slumping back down on her bed and pulling her sheets over her head and just with a click she's back asleep, snooring.

Just a few minutes passed by, the room still filled with Hazel's silent snores, she sturred on her bed before opening
her eyes wide realizing something, she sat up and grabbed her phone and looked at the clock-

"oh shit"

it's 7.55 a.m

'and school starts at 8..'

Jumping out of her bed swingging her bedroom door open ran into the bathroom, looking at herself disgusted wipping her drool from her left cheek, turning on the tap she washed her face, change her clothes, swing the bathroom door open, grabbed her backpack and stuffed her books and other nick-nacks into her bag, and of course she forgot something, she ran into her tiny kitchen grabbed a bag of doog food poured it into Zoey's food bowl, thanks to the sound of dog food hitting the metal bowl Zoey came running in wagging her tail excited for her breakfast, once Hazel's done filling it up she wrapped her arms around Zoey kissing her nose

"be a good girl alright? mums going to be back in a few hours" she muttered

while scratching zoey's head with one last kiss on the head Hazel stood up grabed her puff jacket, ran out of the door and pulled out her phone to text her friend to pick her up.
