"Me, Joel and Jesse are gonna take something to drink, we'll be right back"

"Ok don't worry we're here waiting for you, in the meantime I'll dance with Ellie" Dina said and I nodded

But man, I was worried about letting Dina dance with Ellie. Maybe it was just some jealousy, it could be normal, but I felt really strange in that moment.

We got to the drinks table and Joel offered me something to drink

"Here, try it!" He said

"What is it?" I asked

"That's whiskey" He replied

I took the glass and tasted the whiskey

"Damn that's strong!" I said as Joel burst out laughing

"You're gonna get used to" He replied chuckling

"Don't you guys have something lighter to drink? You know, I'm not used to drink this" I asked

"The lightest thing we have is beer, wanna try it?" Jesse replied

"That's fine" I said

He went and brought to me a mug of beer saying

"Here you go"

"Thanks" I replied

This time I hoped it would have tasted better than Joel's whiskey, so I tasted it

"How is it?" Jesse asked

"That's bitter but lighter than Joel's whiskey, all in all it is good. Just take me away a curiosity, how do you guys drink this stuff?" I said

Both Jesse and Joel started laughing and Joel said

"Well you're-"

"You're gonna get used to" I cut him off chuckling

"Yeah, that's it" Jesse added as he finished his beer

After some more drinks I asked

"Guys, what do you think of go to see what the girls are up to?"

I was still worried about what could have happened while we were away, so I wanted to go check

"Yeah, good Idea" They said in unison

We then started to walk away from the drinks table, and we headed to the dance floor.

When we were arriving to the dance floor my heart sank and I stoned, I saw what I didn't wanted to see at all: Dina and Ellie were kissing right in front of me and as soon as Ellie saw me, she gasped.

I turned back walking away as she ran behind me saying

Ellie's POV

After I saw from his eyes his heart stoned I thought

'Damn I fucked everything up'

So I ran behind him saying

"Phil! Wait I can explain!"

He didn't stop but I heard someone complaining about that kiss

"Hey! That's a family event! There are kids as well, what the fuck are you doing?"

In that moment I saw that he got pissed off for how they treated both Dina and me, but mostly for me; so he walked back to the dance floor saying

"What the fuck do you want?"

"What the fuck do you want YOU!" Someone said and then added

"That's a family event and there are kids al around here, see if you can make those two fucking lesbians of yours go away!"
