Only Exception

Why are you here?

When they surprisingly got inside in one piece Toga immediately grabbed a basket and started running. She looked back at her bandmates who were still standing there wondering how they're still alive. "Don't just stand there! Grab a basket and follow me!" She shouted as she ran up the stairs, given that it was a two floor store.

As they grabbed the pink cutesy baskets and ran up the stairs, Dabi kept thinking of what Spinner heard. He knew that the pro could control the feathers and use them as weapons but sensing and hearing people? It kind of made sense given that most of the hero's feathers were floating above them, ready to grab someone if they were being violent. He just hoped he didn't use that ability like he did at Starbucks.

As the hour went by they grabbed plushies, clothes, makeup, stickers and many other things that Toga ordered them to. They were pushed around and Toga lost her mustache but people were too busy getting these items to care that the mysterious guy was actually Toga.

It was carnage, like Black Friday came super early! At least the hero was carrying rowdy people away with his feathers.

The line to the register was super long, given that there were only two people there trying their best. Toga insisted she would pay "Didn't you say you're a child?" The guys except Twice thought in unison but nodded. As long as they get out of this war zone the sooner the better.

"Did you guys got everything you needed?" The poor female employee spoke in a rushed tone with a forced smile that looked like it was hurting. She tried putting all the items in the bags as fast as possible while seeming nice. 

Toga grabbed her purple wallet, which had bats all over the wallet. When she payed the expensive total she walked out with the guys holding the bags. As she walked she continued to try and put the long receipt in her wallet.

"Can we go back now?" Spinner, who was holding four of the bags asked.

"No I'm hungry!" Toga replied as he she kept trying to zip up her wallet.

"We'll order a pizza let's just get out" Dabi was picking up the pace as he kept his hood on. He wanted to get out as soon as possible so the bird wouldn't just greet him out of nowhere.

"Himiko let's stop a bit! I think one of the plushies is missing" Compress looked at his bags in concern.

Toga's head snapped at his direction "What did you say?" She starts walking towards them slowly as if she was a predator.

"Open the bags" she ordered, Compress began to check the bags he had. "That goes for all of you!"
Everyone followed suit "Who do you all have?!"

"I got Hello Kitty and her boyfriend" Dabi pulls two of the plushies.

"Keroppi is here" Spinner pulls out the frog plushie "and so is Pompompurin" he pulls out the other one.

"STAR TWINS ARE HERE!" Twice pulls out the star twins. Toga then stares at Compress "You're the one that has the most plushies. Show me, now!"

Compress begins to open the bag that had the plushies. "Alright let's see.. we have Chococat, Pekkle, Cinamoroll, Badtz-Maru, Pochacco, Retsuko, Gudetama, Kuromi..  My Melody is not here"

"So you're telling me that we lost MY MELODY?!"she shrieked "WE GOTTA GET BACK!"

"You don't have to! Why? Because I am here!" An annoying voice came from the sky. An annoying voice Dabi knew too well. The band looked above to witness the silhouette of a winged person doing the shittiest impression of the number one hero.

"Look! Up in the sky!" Toga gasped "It's a bird"

"It's a plane!" Twice concluded "No it's-"

"An idiot" Dabi muttered.

"Way to ruin the moment Dabi!" Toga crossed her arms and Twice followed suit. Dabi just stared at Toga in anger seeing that his cover was blown. Hawks must've heard Toga, he looked at Dabi and smiled at him sweetly. It was quickly short lived as he looked at the rest of the band and began his usual greet.

"Heyo!" Hawks greeted, landing on his feet and having his hands behind his back. "I'm actually not All Might hehe! Im Hawks! Pretty cool impression right?" He chuckled more which got him silent response.

"I believe this is yours" he reveals the My Melody plushie still in perfect condition, no scratch or anything just perfect.

"MY MELODY!" Toga quickly grabbed the plushie and hugged it. "That was nice of you Turkey Man!" She commented before quickly saying "Thank you!".

"No need to thank me! I'm just doing my job!" He smiled widely and looked at Dabi who was slowly backing up. "Hey Dabi! It's sweet of you and your friends to shop with Toga here!"

Toga and Twice gasped in shock "How did you know it was me?!"

"That's a secret!" He "zips" his lips and once again looked at Dabi who was annoyed behind his shades.
"Anyway, I gotta get back! I can't be too far now! See ya later!" He flew away, waving goodbye to everyone while still looking at Dabi.

"Well that was something"Spinner walks away with the bags in hand but stops to look behind his friends.
"Are we getting pizza or not?"

"As long as it's not pineapple" Compress follows

"Aww what? I love pineapple!" Twice runs up to them.
"What's wrong with you?!" Compress and Spinner stared in horror as Toga shrugged and looked at Dabi.

"People think we are weird, but that's okay! Right Dabi?" She extends her hand while holding the My Melody plushie. But Dabi kept looking up at the sky.
"Dabi?"

Dabi snapped back to reality and looked at Toga, he held her hand and walked with their friends. "That's just what friends are Himiko" his tone was sure, he knows that his words are true, sincere as the older brother he is. But despite that he can't help but look back at where the bird hero left.

"I'm ordering" he said.

"Hey is it true he still sleeps with a night light or we're you trying to anger him?" Compress looked at his band mate with curiosity.

"Eh, who knows? Tenko is just unpredictable. He still collects toys, but that doesn't mean he's a shitty leader"

"I think he still hates eating vegetables" Toga whispered to herself.

"I suppose you're right, I wouldn't be surprised if he did"

"Boss sleeps with a night light?! Ha! What a baby!"

"Let's just get out of here before that bird hero comes back with some stickers or something" Dabi walked faster.

"Dabi, maybe he likes you!"

"Ugh Himiko! Me and a hero? Only in your shitty fanfictions" Dabi cringed

"Hmmm I don't know Dabi, he was looking at you a lot" Toga giggled, Compress smiled and Spinner just wanted some pizza. Twice was still thinking about the whole night light thing so don't mind him.

"I'm just saying that maybe this won't be the last time we see of our winged hero!" Toga added "He was looking at you the way I know! And it's so cute!"

"Shut it crazy!"

She was right, this is just the beginning of these little encounters. And the beginning of Dabi's constant headaches.

I finished this last night only to wake up and see some errors here and there. I changed a bit of dialogue and shit just so it can make sense? Anyway I hope you enjoyed this! I like writing!
