LAUGHTER ERUPTED FROM us all at once, at this point my cheeks and stomach hurt from the amount we'd all been laughing. as of right now i was in david's backyard with him and his family, my mom had gone home a little while ago because she has a few errands to run tomorrow.
dd and i were sat on one side of the comfortable couch, my knees pulled up to my chest with my socked feet on the cushion. david sat besides me, sitting up straight as he ate his second plate of potato salad. it had gotten a little breezy and i was wearing shorts so my hands unconsciously rubbed over the goosebumps everytime they grew.
i'd met melz, jayklickin, and jstar when dd and i had gotten here a little while ago, and already the conversation flowed extremely easily and i felt really comfortable surrounded by them. melz was on live as we all talked shit, myra was holding her phone in her hand as she thanked the comments for the compliments, and the boys were both smoking blunts.
i had had the urge to hit my crave bar a little while ago but i felt like it would be kinda disrespectful so i just decided i could go without it. i swipe my phone open and navigate to snapchat, i look at myself through the camera for a few seconds before deciding on no filter. messing with my curls, i glance over to my side to see david put the last forkful of potato salad in his mouth.
