We heard banging coming from the big door in front of us. Then, the door BUSTED open as we braced ourselves as the debris went everywhere. The light revealed who banged open the door, Ralph. He was steering both Vanellope's and my kart inside as he only looked at the floor. Both Vanellope and I had a look of confusion and shock. "I know, I know, I'm...I'm an idiot," he spoke as he waved his hands. Vanellope had a half-lidded expression as she waited for more than just that. "And?" she said as Ralph continued.

"And a real numbskull."

"And?" Vanellope started to smile teasingly.

"A selfish diaper baby," Ralph started to smile as well.

"And?" Vanellope said as Ralph looked up at her with a smile. "And...a stinkbrain?" Vanellope and I smiled at him with forgiveness. "The stinkiest brain ever," I said. Ralph smiled wider and walked over to us and started to break the chains. When he got to me, however, he saw the ring that I just so happened to be wearing. I looked down to see that he was staring at it. "Oh, yeah. I've had this ring forever, and I don't really know what it means," I explain as I gently fiddled with the ring as I twisted and turned the ring around my finger. Ralph could only stare at it before looking up at me and smiling nervously. I squinted my eyes at him in confusion but decided to not ask.

After Ralph got us out of the chains, we walked over to our personal karts and hopped inside. I then saw a man who looked like he was in his 30s. He was much shorter than Ralph, but an inch taller than me. He walked over to me with a smile and brought out his hand for me to shake, "Hello there, ma'am, Ralph told me about you. I'm Fix-It Felix Jr." I smiled back gently and shook his hand, "Nice to meet you as well, Felix," he smiled wider at me and gently got on the back of my kart as I started to engine. I barely looked back at him before smiling and warning him, "You might want to hang on tight." He let out a 'huh?' in confusion before I took off driving with Vanellope driving beside me.

We were now off to the races.

We heard that the racers and King Candy had already gone and started the race, so we drove more quicker. "Okay! Remember, you both don't have to win! Just cross that finish line, and you'll be real racers!" Ralph yelled out as Vanellope and I drove. "We're already real racers!" I yelled back as we drove faster to get to the track. We stopped quickly to let Ralph and Felix off as Vanellope looked back at them with a stern look. Of determination. "And we're gonna win," was all she said before she quickly drove off. I looked up at the coin dispenser in thought. "How can I add myself to the race?" As if it was magic, the jumpers came down for me to throw my coin. I look up at the stand to see Sourbill as he lets go of the rope with his dead expression. I smiled and nodded at him before tossing the coin and quickly driving off, not caring about the shocked looks of the citizens of Sugar Rush as they heard the new racer in the race.

I quickly caught up to Vanellope as she passed the other racers with ease. I passed them as well, but I didn't taunt them like how Vanellope did. We were driving up a mountain and caught up to Taffyta, Rancis, and Candlehead. Rancis looked in his review mirror and gasped as he saw us both. "It's the glitches!" he yelled. Taffyta glared back at us. "The glitches! Light 'em up, Candlehead!" she yelled. Candlehead drove over to the cherries and lit them with the sparks of flame from her kart while laughing.
