The watcher is a omniscient being with unknown power it likes to watch civilizations rise and fall. It is as (as far as we can tell) old as tike itself. The being is covered with eyes all varying in size, shape, and color.
The watcher is a neutral being, but that doesn't mean it doesn't kill people or animals. The only way to die from the watcher is to look into its main two eyes.
