Chapter 5

Angel's POV

We arrived at the mall and I got out of the car.

"Stay close to us ok?" Alejandro said to me softly.

I nodded my head in response and followed him.

I never been to a mall like this before it was just a bunch of high end stores.

We went into this store called Dior.

I saw a nice shirt and picked it up to look at the price but I immediately put it back down after seeing the price.

Who sells a shirt for that much?!

"Why did you put the shirt back?" Ethan asked.

"It costs a lot." I said.

"Put it back in the bag it's fine." He said.

I did that and we continued to look in more stores.

*When they got back home*

Angel's POV

We finally got back home after having to deal with my miserable brothers. I have a feeling they already don't like me.

I don't care anyways at least grandpa is here.

I went upstairs to my room to change into some comfortable clothes. The party is tonight so I still have some extra time.

I got bored so I went downstairs to see what everyone else was doing.

I saw grandpa flipping through some papers, but as soon as he saw me he put it away.

"Hey ragazzino(baby boy)." Grandpa said smiling.

I sat down next to him returning the smile.

"What we're you doing?" I asked.

"Just some work stuff, things you don't need to worry about." He explained.

"Are you excited to meet the rest of the family?" He asked.

"I'm a little nervous, what if they don't like me?" I asked.

"I'm pretty sure everyone will like you." Grandpa said softly.

"Go upstairs and get some rest." He said and kissed my forehead.

I went upstairs to my room and laid down.

1 hour later

"I'm ready!" I said as I came running down the stairs.

Grandpa took my hand and led me to the car.

While we were inside the car all the boys talked to each other and made no attempt to include me.

I hope they don't hate me.

Well it's not like they really have a choice anyways, they'll have to like me I'm their brother.

We finally arrived and when we got their all eyes were on my family.

Some people were staring at us with shock, others with confusion.

An older woman who looked like my dad a little walked up to us.

"Santiago it's nice to see you again." She said with a fake smile.

"I would say the same but I don't want to lie." Grandpa said giving her back the same energy.

She rolled her eyes and looked towards me with a smile.

"It's so nice to see you again Angel dear, I'm your grandmother." She introduced.

"Hi, it's nice to meet you too." I said quietly.

"Angel come with me I'm going to show you your cousins." Dad said.

I followed him and saw this girl that looked my age.

"Hi I'm your cousin Esmeralda!" She said happily.

She was super pretty, she had black hair and brown eyes.

"Hi, it's nice to meet you." I said shyly.

I never knew I had this much family, it was always just me and grandpa.

My dad and I went to go sit back down with my brothers and someone came to serve us food.

After we finished eating my family got up to converse with other people.

I just sat at the table and went on my phone.

A group of boys that looked around my brothers age approached me.

"Little Angel it's nice to see you again." One of the boys said.

"I'm sorry but who are you?" I asked.

He laughs a little before he says "My name is Mateo, I'm your cousin, and these are my brothers."

There are 3 more boys around him and they all wave at me and say hello.

An older woman who looked like they boys came up to me and kissed my cheek.

"Oh Andre he grew up so much!" She squealed happily.

"I'm your auntie Valeria." She introduced.

"Hi." I responded back.

Who knew I had this much family. There's most likely still more that I don't even know.

I yawned and put my head down on the table.

I closed my eyes and fell asleep and woke up to someone carrying me.

Sorry for not update for so long school just started and I already have so much work, there will be a new update next week
