Maria's pov:

The stronger the rain above us poured and poured, The brighter my necklace got

And then and there, I knew what I had to do before this ship completely tipped

With every ounce of strength I had I stood jack up

I held the man that I love so much by the shoulders and then in there I wrapped my arms around him. hearing his heartbeat in his chest for a second like it would be the last time I'd hear it

Every moment of every second of every day from being on this adventure that I've spent with Jack sparrow flashed before my eyes.

and right then and there I pushed us over this ship praying I'd look into his eyes again

The second we both hit the water I started to get that feeling down my body and I knew what was happening next, not two seconds later I felt my tail replacing my legs. I open my eyes seeing Jack's hairs move so slowly by my vision. as slow as time fells in the water I knew every second counted. An occasional flash from the clouds above us from thunder gave me split seconds to look around me. And then in there I knew I wasn't alone in these waters. I looked down and spotted hundreds if not thousands of mermaids trying to flip over the ship because it wasn't the ocean that was the only one angry about the disturbance from those evil pirates. but the mermaids were just as angry. in a short second I looked around at the other ships crowded by the Duchman and I noticed that no other ship was being moved by those beautiful tailed creatures. but they all crowded around the ship that Davey Jones stood above feeling so proud. I knew what soon was to come, and I knew if James wasn't the one to end his horrific life, it was sure going to be the mermaids.

I kept jack so close to my body scared that it would be the last moments of me holding him. I refused for Our ending to end in sadness. If our life didn't end happily with our child then I would not rest until I've gotten my revenge on those who had a hand in jacks death. I promise that.

I've never swam so quick in my life everything around me seems so blurry from the speed that I was going underwater. I knew where I was headed I was headed towards the island that felt so close yet it was so far but I knew that I had to get there as soon as I could

The closer I go to the island the more I thought about who I would be leaving behind on the ships wherever they were. my father, Will, Elizabeth and even James

I silently prayed for the safety of them all.

After what felt like a lifetime underwater and a race between me and time I arose from underneath the water with Jack pushing him up on the sand ashore in a cave

I didn't even have time to pull myself out of the water completely

I sat down beside Jack immediately checking for a pulse

my heart had never dropped so fast putting two finger up under his jaw
