Lucius sat at his desk, sipping on a glass of white wine when his son's owl flew in with two letters attached to his leg. The majestic eagle owl fluffed his feathers for a second, waiting for a treat before flying back out once fed. The letters were from Hadrian and Draco and he debated which to read first. On one hand, Draco was extremely dramatic but he he told his father everything while Hadrian only mentioned the good things. So taking a deep breath, he opened Draco's letter first and began to read.

Dear father,
The rest of this school year so far has been rather boring but drama free minus a few loudmouth redhead collisions. The weasel never knows when to shut up dispute no one bothering listening to him any more. That blood traitor even insisted that Hades and me were using our money to cheat in class! Anyways father, Dumbles has stopped staring holes at the back of Hadrian's head but uncle Sev said it's due to the old bafoon using Legilimency on Hadrian.

I wanted to tell you sooner but feared you and mother would raid Hogwarts again and Hades is still a little shook up over it. He was quite upset for the first few days after it happened and revealed that the bastard forced him to relive many of his abuse memories. I would say pardon my language but he deserves to be called much worse so I will not. I will write again soon but final exams are coming up and Hadrian is forcing me to study with our friend group. We will probably end up doing more teaching than studying but that's besides the point.
Your son and heir,
Draco Malfoy

Lucius was fuming by the end of the letter and near ready to go crucio Dumbledore and Severus too for not letting him know. Azkaban would be worth it! His best guess as to why the deranged headmaster would attack his youngest son was for proof of the abuse to manipulate Hadrian. Lesser men had gone to Azkaban for using Legilimency on children in the past. Ready to go on a warpath for his son, Lucius rose from his seat only to be met by Marvel blocking the door.

"Move my Lord, I won't ask again." Lucius threatened as he gripped his wand tightly. "Patience Lucius, if we rush, Dumbles may manage to slip through our fingers. The list is adding up and will only get worse over time. We must tarnish his reputation more before we can take this to court." Marvel patiently explained, somehow already understanding the situation without having read the letter. Lucius sat down with a heavy sigh and opened Hadrian's letter in hopes that it will help calm him down.

Hello father,
It still feel weird calling you that. I sometimes question if my life is a dream and I'll wake up soon, back with those pigs. I am truly grateful to you and Narcissa for taking me in and am looking forward to having all summer to spend more time with you all. Draco informed me of your plans to travel Europe and while I was surprised, I am also very excited. I've wanted to travel for a while, but with my small size, I could never get far without an adult trying to help me find my "parents".  Classes have been more fun with the extra work my professors have been giving me too. Potions and defense are still my favorite and best subjects but Transfiguration can be fun too. Quirrell has dialed back on the stuttering too so many of my classmates grades are excelling as well meaning more house points!

Ronald has been a pain to deal with but Narcissa's etiquette lessons paid off as she knows many subtle insults that I can use. It is quite fun to watch them fly over the idiots head as he tries to process my underhanded complements at his stupidity. The devil twins are nothing like their brother though. They love pranks, especially on Ron which are very entertaining. A hufflepuff, Neville Longbottom hangs out with us some too and is actually my godbrother, well, Harry Potter's godbrother, but that is besides the point.

Dumbles doesn't seem to like seeing house unity but the professors do. We have received several points for just hanging out civilly which is sad if you ask me. Dumblebee is starting to scare me a little though as he is no longer constantly watching me. You would think that is a good thing but he has always kept a close eye on me all year. Maybe I'm just being paranoid. I'm trying to ignore it as final exams are coming up but I can't. Some classmates asked me to help them study and tutor so perhaps that will distract me.
                       Your loving phoenix,
                                  Hadrian Peverell (Malfoy)

Lucius smiled at Hadrian's letter but was disappointed that he deliberately did not mention the Legilimency attack. "Better now?" Marvel asked in a amused tone. Lucius responded with a glare and finished off his glass of wine with a long dramatic gulp. The Gaunt Lord ignored the act and glanced over the two letters. "In case your wondering Lucius, Severus informed me of the situation shortly after it happened and warned me of the boys writing you yesterday. He didn't tell you as like Draco said, we don't need you and Narcissa storming the castle again. The bearded fool will soon be dealt with but for now let us add it to his growing list we are making for the goblins."

Lucius followed his lord to the floo and yelled "Gaunt manor" once the green flames died down. As he walked out of the fireplace, Marvel was already walking off to his office and he quickly caught up. Marvel's office was extremely neat and as he observed the room, the dark lord pulled out a thick file and whispered a hiss of what he assumed was parcelmagic. Words suddenly spread across the  file and he watched as the list grew. Line theft, forced blocks, forced potions, and child endangerment were only the first few of many. Dumbledore had made a mistake going after his boys and Lucius was going to make sure the fool gets what he deserves and much more!
